Description
Water-based paint of special PP (Polypropylene) synthetic photographic paper for dye ink for improving film laminating fastness of thermal mounting film and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of photographic paper coating, in particular to a water-based paint of PP synthetic photographic paper special for dye ink for increasing film coating fastness of a thermal mounting film and a preparation method thereof. Background In the fields of digital images, advertisement production, home decoration and the like, the PP synthetic photographic paper has gradually replaced the traditional photographic paper to become one of the main base materials for dye ink printing by virtue of the advantages of strong weather resistance, high flatness, controllable cost and the like. Along with the improvement of the requirements of the market on the decoration effect and the preservation duration of the printed product, the thermal lamination film coating process is used as a key post-treatment step for enhancing the wear resistance, the water resistance and the color stability of the surface of photographic paper, and the application frequency of the thermal lamination film coating process is continuously increased. However, in practical use, the PP synthetic photographic paper special for the current dye ink has a plurality of problems, for example, the surface coating performance and the suitability of the thermal mounting film are insufficient, or a part of auxiliary agents in the dye ink migrate to the surface of a printed image layer after being dried, so that the tension of the surface of the image layer can be greatly reduced, the phenomenon of edge warping, local stripping and the like easily occurs after the film is coated due to lower film coating fastness, and meanwhile, the service life and visual presentation effect of a printed product are seriously affected due to insufficient ink absorption of the part of coating, so that the PP synthetic photographic paper becomes a core bottleneck for restricting the application of the PP synthetic photographic paper in the middle-high end printing field. The patent CN104629608B discloses a coating liquid for preparing ink-jet high-gloss waterproof photographic paper, which comprises 10-40 parts by weight of toner adsorbent, 30-55 parts by weight of adhesive, 0.05-0.15 part by weight of brightening agent, 0.05-0.15 part by weight of dispersing agent, 2-5 parts by weight of defoaming agent, 1-3 parts by weight of neutralizing agent and 140-200 parts by weight of distilled water, wherein the adhesive is cationic aqueous polyurethane emulsion. Also discloses photographic paper prepared by the coating liquid and a preparation method thereof. The coating liquid is nontoxic and odorless, has good bonding and waterproof properties, good weather resistance of a coating, high internal structural strength of the coating, good adhesion to a substrate, good scratch resistance of a coating printing surface, particularly high drying speed after ink absorption, clear and sharp output image pictures, bright color, high color reduction degree, no ink piling phenomenon and good waterproof effect, and can be used for long-term irradiation of sunlight. The patent CN115820017A discloses a water-based high-gloss coating for photographic paper and a preparation method, wherein the coating is prepared from the following components, by mass, 35-45% of methyl methacrylate, 10-15% of isocyanate, 11-18% of water-based polyamide resin, 3-8% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3-8% of diacetone, 3-5% of fumed silica, 1-3% of a wetting agent, 0.1-2% of a defoaming agent, 1-5% of ammonia water and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the steps of crosslinking, ammoniation, filling and uniformly mixing. The coated photographic paper manufactured by the invention can achieve the glossiness of the coated photographic paper, has better water resistance and ink absorption than the coated product on the market, and can be completely replaced. Has the advantage of high glossiness compared with other coating products. The obtained coated photographic paper has bright surface and bright and clear pattern. The coating material can be completely degraded in soil, no toxic or harmful substances are generated, and the environmental protection performance is better.
