- 1. The Mucor circinelloides (Mucor irregularis) is characterized in that the strain number of the Mucor circinelloides (Mucor irregularis) is JSAFC 3408, and is preserved in China general microbiological culture collection center (CGMCC) with a preservation number of 41982 in the year 05 and the day 06 of 2025.
- 2. A biocontrol microbial agent, characterized in that the active ingredient of the biocontrol microbial agent is mucor (Mucor irregularis) with irregularity as described in claim 1.
- 3. Use of the mucor circinelloides (Mucor irregularis) of claim 1 and the biocontrol microbial inoculum of claim 2 for inhibiting the growth of saccharum citricum (Globisporangium huanghuaiense).
- 4. Use of Mucor circinelloides (Mucor irregularis) according to claim 1, the biocontrol microbial inoculum according to claim 2 for promoting pepper growth.
- 5. The use according to claim 4, characterized in that the plant height, leaf and root growth of capsicum is promoted by rooting capsicum with spore suspension of mucor circinelloides (Mucor irregularis) JSAFC 3408.

The method of claim 5, wherein the spore suspension is prepared by (1) taking a strain JSAFC 3408,3408 of biocontrol fungus, picking hyphae with an inoculating needle under aseptic condition, inoculating sterilized PDA culture medium, culturing for 5-7 days, (2) scraping hyphae under aseptic condition, washing the hyphae with aseptic water and filtering with gauze, and (3) adjusting the spore concentration with aseptic water under aseptic condition.
- 7. The use according to claim 6, wherein the culture conditions in step (1) are 25 ℃, 65% humidity, dark culture.
- 8. The use according to claim 5, characterized in that the concentration of the spore suspension is 10 5 /ml.
- 9. The use according to claim 5, wherein the spore suspension is applied at a rate of 5 mL/time/2 days for 30 days.
