CN-121264471-B - Application of micafungin in preparation of drugs for inhibiting fungi
Abstract
The invention discloses an application of micafungin in preparing a medicine for inhibiting fungi, and an application of micafungin and trifloxystrobin combined medicine in preparing a medicine for inhibiting fungi, in particular to an inhibition effect on rice blast germs. The research of the invention shows that micafungin has an inhibitory effect on rice blast bacteria. The micafungin and the trifloxystrobin are combined for use, and a synergistic effect exists between the micafungin and the trifloxystrobin, so that the drug resistance of the trifloxystrobin-resistant rice blast can be overcome, and the antibacterial effect on the rice blast can be improved. The research of the invention shows that the micafungin has broad-spectrum antifungal effect, and has inhibition effect on other fungi such as botrytis cinerea, bakanae fungus, and flax fungus besides rice blast fungus.

Description
Application of micafungin in preparation of drugs for inhibiting fungi Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of rice blast prevention and control, and particularly relates to application of micafungin in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting fungi. Background The rice blast is a disease seriously threatening the production of rice caused by rice blast bacteria (Magnaporthe oryzae), which can lead to the massive reduction of the yield of the rice and affect the global grain safety. By screening effective control compounds, we can find a new method for controlling rice blast, reduce the dependence on traditional chemical pesticides, delay the drug resistance of common bactericides and promote the development of environment-friendly agriculture. The application of the high-efficiency and low-toxicity control compound can obviously reduce crop loss, improve yield and reduce the influence on an ecological system. Micafungin (Micafungin), CAS number 235114-32-6, is an antifungal agent. The chemical structural formula is as follows: It is mainly used in the medical field, in particular for the problem of fungal infections in human health. Currently, micafungin is mainly used to treat a variety of fungal infections caused by yeasts or molds, including candida (blood infections caused by candida), intraperitoneal infections (e.g., peritonitis), invasive aspergillosis, and the like. One of the advantages is good tolerance and relatively few side effects. For example, a pharmaceutical composition containing an echinocandin antifungal agent micafungin, publication No. WO2012103801A1, and a method for preparing and using the same. The invention application with publication number CN111057130A discloses high-purity micafungin or salt thereof, a preparation method and application thereof. Both of the above prior art disclosures disclose the use of micafungin for the preparation of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of human diseases caused by candida or aspergillus infections. Micafungin acts mainly on a key component in the fungal cell wall, namely beta- (1, 3) -D-glucan, which is abundant in the cell wall of human pathogenic fungi (e.g. candida, aspergillus). Therefore, although micafungin is applied medically as an antifungal agent, it has not been confirmed to be directly useful for controlling plant diseases within the current research scope. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides application of micafungin in preparing a medicine for inhibiting fungi aiming at the defects in the prior art. The invention firstly discloses application of micafungin in preparing a medicine for inhibiting fungi. Preferably, the fungus is Pyricularia oryzae (Magnaporthe oryzae), botrytis cinerea (Botrytis cinerea), phyllostachys cinerea (Fusarium fujikuroi), pedalia officinalis (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum). More preferably, the fungus is Pyricularia oryzae, and the Pyricularia oryzae is Pyricularia oryzae resistant to trifloxystrobin. Preferably, micafungin is used at a concentration of 0.1 to 50 μm.
