Abstract

An anti-dandruff composition containing kuh-seng polypeptide is characterized by comprising kuh-seng polypeptide SoFla-I, salicylic acid, selenium disulfide, glutathione, nicotinamide and a carrier matrix, wherein the amino acid sequence of kuh-seng polypeptide SoFla-I is shown as SEQ ID No. 1; The carrier matrix comprises glycerol, butanediol, water and a surfactant; the mass percentage of the kuh-seng polypeptide SoFla-I is 0.1% -5%; The mass percentage of the salicylic acid is 1% -3%; the mass percentage of the selenium disulfide is 0.5% -2%; The mass percentage of the glutathione is 0.05-0.2%, and the mass percentage of the nicotinamide is 0.1-0.5%.

A method of preparing an anti-dandruff composition according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: (a) Extracting kuh-seng polypeptide SoFla-I, including freeze drying of kuh-seng root, ultrasonic extraction, ammonium sulfate precipitation and dialysis purification; (b) Mixing kuh-seng polypeptide SoFla-I with other active ingredients, and treating by nanoemulsion technology to form a uniform dispersion system.
- 3. The method of claim 2, wherein the nanoemulsion technique comprises encapsulation of glutathione with liposomes and high pressure homogenization at 600-800bar.
- 4. Use of a composition as claimed in claim 1 in the preparation of a scalp care product which is a scalp care agent.

Preparation and application of anti-dandruff composition containing kuh-seng polypeptide Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of scalp care, in particular to preparation and application of an anti-dandruff composition containing kuh-seng polypeptides. Background Dandruff is a common scalp problem mainly caused by excessive proliferation of malassezia, and is accompanied by scalp itching, desquamation and other symptoms, which affect quality of life and mental health. The existing anti-dandruff products depend on chemical synthesis components such as zinc pyrithione, ketoconazole and the like, and have certain effects, but can cause drug resistance, scalp dryness or irritation response after long-term use. For example, selenium sulphide and salicylic acid are common antidandruff agents, but have limited single use and do not improve well on severe dandruff. Natural extracts such as plant polypeptides are paid attention to because of good biocompatibility and small side effects, but the application of kuh-seng polypeptides in the anti-dandruff field has not been systematically reported.
