- 1. A dyeing and finishing process of a short-flow polyester-cotton school uniform fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of: S1, soaking double sides to be treated in polyethylene glycol composite liquid, carrying out pressurizing treatment, taking out double sides to be treated, heating to 60-65 ℃ and completing pretreatment to obtain knitted double sides, adding enzyme and glacial acetic acid into the knitted double sides to carry out enzyme treatment, and carrying out no washing and no liquid discharging to obtain pretreated fabrics, wherein the polyethylene glycol composite liquid consists of polyethylene glycol aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 20:1-3:1-3, polycaprolactone modified nanocellulose and carrier polymethyl methacrylate, the polycaprolactone modified nanocellulose is prepared by adopting the following method that a cetylether hard alcohol solution is uniformly sprayed in the nanocellulose, polycaprolactone is added, and uniformly mixed and stirred to obtain polycaprolactone modified nanocellulose, the mass ratio of the nanocellulose, the cetylether hard alcohol solution to the polycaprolactone is 1:0.2-0.3:0.2-0.3, the carrier polymethyl methacrylate is prepared by adopting the following method that pentaerythritol ester liquid is uniformly hydrogenated on the surface of the polymethyl methacrylate for two times, the hydrogenated pentaerythritol ester liquid and the polymethyl methacrylate are uniformly dispersed on the surface, the hydrogenated pentaerythritol ester is 1:1-2/L-3, and the amino-2 g of an amino-2-3 g dye is obtained by using a dye aid of a micro-3L dye; s2, adding a dyeing auxiliary agent and water into the pretreated cloth, adding acid to adjust pH, adding dye to carry out dyeing treatment, and refining to obtain dyed cloth; S3, carrying out reduction cleaning and cloth washing on the dyed cloth, and drying to obtain the finished fabric.
