Abstract
The invention relates to a composition with a sun-proof effect which is not weakened by insolation and application thereof. The compositions include butyl octanol salicylate, diethyl hexyl butylidenyl malonate, and hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract complex. The present invention creatively finds that butyl octanol salicylate, diethyl hexyl butylidenyl malonate and hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract complex have significant synergy in enhancing the sun protection effect of the composition without weakening the sun protection effect. The composition developed by the invention has good anti-insolation and anti-insolation effects, can improve the stability of the sun-screening agent under the condition of insolation and insolation, and can improve the barrier repairing capability of the skin to a certain extent.

Claims (8)
- 1. A composition with the effect of not weakening sun protection by exposure, which is characterized by comprising, by mass, 0.3-8 parts of butyl octanol salicylate, 0.1-2 parts of diethyl hexyl syringylidene malonate and 0.1-4 parts of hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract compound.
- 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract complex has a hydrogenated palm oil to sugarcane extract mass ratio of 5:1 to 15:1.
- 3. A sunscreen composition having a sun-protecting effect which does not diminish, characterized in that the sunscreen composition comprises a composition according to claim 1 or 2 and a sunscreen agent.
- 4. Use of a composition according to claim 1 or 2 or a sunscreen composition according to claim 3 in the manufacture of a cosmetic in a form comprising a cream, emulsion, gel, oil or aerosol.
- 5. A sun-protective milk having a sun-protective effect which does not diminish, characterized in that it comprises a composition according to claim 1 or 2, a sun-protective agent, an emollient, a humectant, an emulsifier, a thickener, a chelating agent and a solvent.
- 6. The sun block of claim 5, wherein the sun block comprises 2-13% of the composition of claim 1 or 2, 5-15% of a sun block agent, 5-15% of an emollient, 7-12% of a humectant, 3-8% of an emulsifier, 0.5-2% of a thickener, 0.01-0.1% of a chelating agent, and 35-80% of a solvent in mass percent.
- 7. The sun block of claim 5, wherein the sun block comprises butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane and/or isoamyl p-methoxycinnamate.
- 8. A method for producing a sun block having a sun block effect which is not impaired by exposure to sun according to any one of claims 5 to 7, comprising: (1) Mixing the composition with sun-proof effect, sun-proof agent and emollient to obtain phase A, mixing emulsifier, thickener, partial solvent and humectant to obtain phase B, mixing chelating agent and residual solvent to obtain phase C; (2) Mixing the phase A and the phase B, homogenizing, emulsifying, and mixing and stirring with the phase C to obtain the sun-screening emulsion.

Composition with sun-proof effect not weakened by exposure and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition with a sunburn-proof effect and application thereof. Background Sun exposure is particularly important in outdoor sunscreens because of the high intensity of uv light and heat. Consumers typically choose the appropriate sunscreen cosmetics to protect the skin from uv light during outdoor exercises. However, the harsh exposure to sunlight and the sustained high temperatures are not friendly to the sunscreens in the formulation, are extremely susceptible to degradation of the sunscreens, and particularly for photothermally unstable sunscreens such as butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane, exposure to sunlight can lead to rapid attenuation of their sunscreening effect. Earlier-stage researches show that after butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane is irradiated for 2 hours under the condition of simulating sunlight irradiation, the photodegradation rate is over 40 percent, the sun-proof effect is greatly reduced, and in the prior art, the photodegradation rate of butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane is reduced by compounding octocrylene or bis-ethylhexyl oxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, so that the sun-proof effect is improved. However, the skin feel of octocrylene is thick, sticky and greasy, the solubility of the di-ethyl hexoxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is low and easy to separate out, a large amount of high-polarity grease is required to be added to improve the solubility, the skin feel and other stability problems can be brought, and good experience feel is difficult to achieve. Therefore, how to develop a composition, which can reduce the reduction level of the sun-screening effect of the sun-screening agent after exposing to heat when being used together with the sun-screening agent, is one of the technical problems to be solved in the prior art. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a composition with the sun-screening effect which is not weakened by exposure and application thereof, namely, a composition with the sun-screening effect which is not weakened by sun-screening agents after exposure and application thereof. In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: In a first aspect, the present invention provides a composition having a sun protection effect that is not diminished by exposure to sunlight, the composition comprising butyl octanol salicylate, diethyl hexyl butylidenetalonate, hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract complex. Butyl octanol salicylate is used as polar grease, can regulate the electronic environment of light absorber molecules, quickly reduce the excited state of the sun-screening agent under the condition of exposure to heat to the ground state, avoid the sun-screening agent from being in an unstable excited state, and improve the efficiency of the sun-screening agent in recovering to the stable ground state. The diethyl hexyl syringylidene malonate is used as a high-efficiency singlet oxygen quencher, and can quench free radicals generated in the process of insolation and exposure to heat, thereby greatly improving the light resistance of the whole sun-screening system. Sugarcane extract is a polymer wax containing polysaccharide, and is generally used as moisture retention to increase the moisture retention effect and skin barrier of skin; the invention prolongs the optical path of ultraviolet rays and reduces the contact of ultraviolet rays to the sun-screening agent by forming the hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract compound. The invention creatively discovers that the butyl octanol salicylate, the butylidene diethyl hexyl malonate and the hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract compound are compounded for use, so that the degradation level of the sun-screening agent can be obviously reduced, and the butyl octanol salicylate, the butylidene diethyl hexyl malonate and the hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract compound have obvious synergistic effect in relieving sun-screening effect of the sun-screening agent after exposure. In addition, the composition can further increase the skin barrier repairing efficacy, and experiments prove that butyl octanol salicylate, diethyl hexyl butylidenyl malonate and hydrogenated palm oil-sugarcane extract compound have remarkable synergistic effect in skin barrier repairing.
