CN-121495800-B - Non-decarboxylated Leuconostoc JXJA and application thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a non-decarboxylated Leuconostoc JXJA and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbiology. Experiments prove that the fermentation filtrate of the non-decarboxylated luxuriant bacteria JXJA has a corrected mortality rate of 88.37 +/-1.16% for the two-instar larvae of the meloidogyne incognita, has a corrected mortality rate of 86.09+/-2.50% for the two-instar larvae of the meloidogyne incognita, shows that the non-decarboxylated luxuriant bacteria JXJA has a good poisoning effect on both the meloidogyne incognita and the two-instar nematodes, can remarkably inhibit the hatching rate of the oocysts of the meloidogyne incognita (the hatching rate is only 14.19+/-1.70% after being treated by the fermentation filtrate), and the comprehensive result shows that the non-decarboxylated luxuriant bacteria JXJA has an important application value for preventing and treating the nematodes in agriculture, and can be widely applied to the preparation of biological agents for preventing and treating the nematode diseases in agriculture.

Description
Non-decarboxylated Leuconostoc JXJA and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of microbiology, in particular to non-decarboxylated luxuriant bacteria JXJA and application thereof. Background Plant-parasitic nematodes (PPNs) are an important class of economic pests that cause Plant diseases. It is estimated that economic losses in all agricultural productions due to their hazards are up to $1570 billion annually. Because the nematode is small, the nematode is difficult to directly see by naked eyes, and the yellowing symptoms caused by the nematode are similar to the water and fertilizer deficiency symptoms and are easy to ignore, so that the optimal prevention and control period is missed. For a long time, the application of chemical nematicides has been the main measure for preventing and controlling plant nematode diseases, however, the application of a large amount of chemical agents not only can cause the nematodes to generate drug resistance, but also can cause serious environmental pollution problems and harm human health, so that most of high-toxicity nematicides are forbidden or restricted. The biological control has the advantages of strong environmental compatibility, abundant available resources, contribution to the delay of the occurrence and development of the drug resistance of plant diseases and insect pests and the like. Therefore, the screening of biocontrol bacteria resources with nematode control function has important significance for developing novel biopesticide products, reducing or gradually replacing chemical pesticides to perform green control of crop nematode diseases. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a non-decarboxylated luxuriant bacteria JXJA and application thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, and the non-decarboxylated luxuriant bacteria JXJA has good poisoning effect on the meloidogyne incognita and the caenorhabditis biennis, and can obviously inhibit the hatching rate of the oocyst of the meloidogyne incognita.
