Description
Yanling Dan carbon dots and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a captan carbon dot and a preparation method and application thereof. Background Traditional Chinese medicine resources are valuable reservoirs for finding new active molecules. The pterodontoseisis (Laggera pterodonta (DC) level) is a traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and detoxicating, and is widely used for treating infectious diseases such as cold, sore throat, carbuncle, swelling and sore toxin, etc. in folks. Modern pharmacological researches show that the pterodonte is rich in active ingredients such as flavonoids, sesquiterpenes, phenolic acids and the like, and has good anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial activities. However, the pterodontoseisis extract prepared by the traditional water extraction or alcohol extraction method has the limitations of complex components, low solubility of active ingredients, low bioavailability, undefined action mechanism and the like, and limits the modern development and clinical application of the pterodontoseisis extract. In recent years, the rise of nanotechnology provides a new direction for innovative research of traditional Chinese medicines. Carbon Dots (CDs) are receiving attention as an emerging Carbon-based nanomaterial due to their small size (typically less than 10 nm), good biocompatibility, low toxicity, high water solubility, ease of functionalization, and unique optical properties. Studies have shown that certain carbon dots, either by themselves or in combination, exhibit excellent antimicrobial properties, the antimicrobial mechanisms of which may include various aspects of physically destroying bacterial cell membranes, inducing Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), and affecting bacterial metabolism. At present, the synthetic carbon sources of carbon dots are various, but single traditional Chinese medicinal materials with definite biological activity are used as precursors, and the carbon dots with both the pharmacological activity of the parent medicine and the unique properties of the nano material are prepared by a green and simple method and are used for the research of antibacterial medicines at the starting stage. At present, no report on the carbon point of the captan is found. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention develops the captan carbon dot with simple preparation process, environment protection and low cost by taking the Chinese medicine captan as a carbon source. The carbon dot has remarkable antibacterial activity on drug-resistant bacteria such as listeria, methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus, vancomycin-resistant enterococci, candida albicans and the like, is hopeful to become a nano antibacterial agent, and provides a new strategy and means for solving the problem of bacterial drug resistance.
