Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of oral care, and particularly relates to a composition for oral care and a preparation method thereof. The oral care composition comprises, by mass, 0.1-0.3% of chitosan oligosaccharide, 0.08-0.14% of hail vegetable polysaccharide, 0.07-0.12% of forskolin, 0.05-0.09% of corn sprout extract, 1-3% of thickener, 40-50% of humectant and the balance of water. The oral care composition provided by the invention can not only effectively inhibit the activity of glucosyltransferase and inhibit the generation of glucan, but also interfere the formation process of dental plaque and reduce the attachment sites of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity. Can also promote proliferation and repair of oral mucosa epithelial cells, and help repair oral mucosa injury. In addition, the components in the composition are matched for use, so that the oral cavity microbial flora can be balanced, the effect of inhibiting pathogenic bacteria is achieved, and the oral cavity environment is improved.

Claims (9)
- 1. The oral care composition is characterized by comprising, by mass, 0.1-0.3% of chitosan oligosaccharide, 0.08-0.14% of hail vegetable polysaccharide, 0.07-0.12% of forskolin, 0.05-0.09% of corn sprout extract, 1-3% of thickener, 40-50% of humectant and the balance of water; the preparation method of hail vegetable polysaccharide comprises the following steps: a. the hail vegetable polysaccharide is prepared by cleaning hail vegetable, drying, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain hail vegetable powder; b. Adding hail vegetable powder into water, soaking for 24 hours at the dosage ratio of 1g to 25mL, filtering to remove residues, centrifuging the filtrate at 3000rpm for 20 minutes, collecting supernatant, concentrating the supernatant to 8% of the original volume, adding 3 times of absolute ethanol, precipitating with ethanol for 12 hours, and centrifuging at 3000rpm for 20 minutes again; c. dissolving the centrifuged precipitate in water, adding Sevage reagent for deproteinization, centrifuging at 3000rpm for 20min, repeating for 3 times, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure, and lyophilizing to obtain hail vegetable polysaccharide; the preparation method of the corn sprout extract comprises the following steps: (1) Taking corn seeds, soaking the corn seeds in water, and taking out the corn seeds for standby; (2) Placing the corn seeds soaked in the step (1) into a germination box paved with water absorbing paper for cultivation; (3) Collecting corn sprout after sprout length reaches 1-2cm, cleaning, drying, pulverizing, adding ethanol water solution, heating and refluxing, collecting reflux liquid, concentrating, and lyophilizing to obtain corn sprout extract.
- 2. The oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein in step (1), the soaking temperature is 15 to 18 ℃ for 20 to 24 hours.
- 3. The oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the culturing is performed under dark conditions at a temperature of 25 to 28 ℃ and a humidity of 80 to 85%.
- 4. The composition for oral care according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the aqueous ethanol solution is added in an amount of 6 to 10 times by mass of the corn sprouts, and the aqueous ethanol solution has a mass concentration of 70 to 80%.
- 5. The oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein in step (3), the drying temperature is 45 to 55 ℃, and the heat reflux temperature is 80 to 90 ℃ for 3 to 5 hours.
- 6. The oral care composition of claim 1, wherein the chitosan oligosaccharide has an average molecular weight of 1000.
- 7. The oral care composition according to claim 1, wherein the thickening agent is any one of hydroxyethylcellulose, carrageenan, or guar gum.

The method of preparing an oral care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of: Mixing chitosan oligosaccharide, hail vegetable polysaccharide, forskolin and corn sprout extract according to the proportion, adding thickener, humectant and water, and stirring uniformly.

Composition for oral care and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of oral care, and particularly relates to a composition for oral care and a preparation method thereof. Background The oral cavity acts as an open complex micro-ecosystem in which plaque biofilm formation and loss of oral mucosa integrity are two major central and interrelated oral health problems. Plaque is a bacterial-based, constantly formed community of biofilm on the tooth surface, at the restorations or at the gingival margin, which is a necessary condition for caries to occur. Its sustained acid production can lead to demineralization or even disintegration of the dental hard tissue. Meanwhile, dental plaque and metabolites thereof can directly stimulate gingival tissues to cause red swelling, bleeding from probing, edema and other reversible inflammations. The truly healthy oral environment needs to realize the unification of tooth cleaning and protection, complete and healthy oral mucosa and dynamic balance of microbial flora. Plaque accumulation can strengthen gingivitis and damage gingival mucosa, and the damaged oral mucosa provides breeding conditions for pathogenic bacteria and further helps to form dental plaque. The oral care products on the market at present have single functions. For example, fluorine-containing toothpastes are mainly focused on enhancing the acid-resistant ability of enamel to prevent caries, and mouthwashes containing antibacterial agents such as cetylpyridinium chloride are focused on broad-spectrum sterilization, but long-term use may destroy the microecological balance of the oral cavity. It is difficult to deal with the complex problem of the inter-interleaving of the facing and mucosal problems in the oral microenvironment. Thus, there is a need to develop a novel oral care composition. The composition can effectively promote proliferation and repair of oral mucosa epithelial cells, strengthen the self-defense barrier of the oral cavity, regulate the balance of oral flora, inhibit pathogenic bacteria, protect beneficial bacteria and provide effective physical isolation and protection for damaged mucous membranes. Disclosure of Invention To overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, a primary object of the present invention is to provide an oral care composition. According to the invention, the forskolin and corn sprout extracts are creatively compounded with the chitosan oligosaccharide and hail vegetable polysaccharide, and through precise cooperation among the components, not only can the attachment sites of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity be reduced, but also proliferation and repair of oral mucosa epithelial cells can be promoted, the oral flora can be regulated, and the growth of pathogenic bacteria can be inhibited. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of preparing an oral care composition. The preparation process is simple, has strong operability and plays an important role in actual production.
