The composite composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 1-3 parts of a rhizoma polygonati enzymolysis extract, 1-3 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine compound extract, JYLR-005-3 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.1-0.5 part of bifidobacterium bifidum B11.1-1 part of hydrolyzed collagen peptide and 1-3 parts of tagatose, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract is prepared by compounding (2-4) of white kidney beans, mulberry leaves, balsam pears, cinnamon, astragalus mongholicus and ginseng in a weight ratio of (0.5-2) of (weight ratio).

The composite composition of claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 2 parts of rhizoma polygonati enzymolysis extract, 2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine compound extract, JYLR-005 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.2 part of bifidobacterium bifidum B11, 0.5 part of hydrolyzed collagen peptide and 2 parts of tagatose, wherein the weight ratio of white kidney beans, mulberry leaves, balsam pears, cinnamon, astragalus mongholicus to ginseng in the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract is 3:1:1:1:1:1.

The composite composition according to claim 1, wherein the preparation of the rhizoma polygonati enzymatic hydrolysate comprises the steps of pretreating rhizoma polygonati medicinal materials, performing enzymolysis by adopting composite enzyme, and performing enzyme deactivation, filtration, concentration and drying on an enzymolysis solution, wherein the composite enzyme comprises cellulase and protease.
- 4. The composite composition according to claim 1, wherein the extraction method of the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract is water extraction and/or alcohol extraction, and the extract has a paste yield of 5-15 g medicinal materials/g extract.

The preparation method of the rhizoma polygonati enzymatic hydrolysis extract comprises the following steps of pretreating rhizoma polygonati medicinal materials, carrying out enzymolysis by adopting compound enzyme, and inactivating enzyme, filtering, concentrating and drying enzymatic hydrolysate to obtain the rhizoma polygonati enzymatic hydrolysis extract, wherein the compound enzyme comprises cellulase and protease.
