CN-121668740-B - Emulsion type capsule slow-release oil sand dissociation agent and preparation method and application thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to an emulsion type capsule slow-release oil sand dissociation agent, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of oil sand asphalt. The dissociation agent is water-in-oil emulsion formed by mixing (70-90) aqueous phase flocculant solution with the volume ratio of (10-30) and emulsifier-containing oil phase, wherein the aqueous phase flocculant solution comprises flocculant with the concentration of 10-100 mg/L, and the emulsifier-containing oil phase comprises emulsifier with the volume concentration of 1-4%. The viscosity of asphalt and the tension of an oil-water interface are reduced through the oil external phase, the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in a system can be reduced after the flocculant solution is slowly released, the adhesive force between asphalt and the silicon surface is further reduced, and the dissociation efficiency of asphalt on the sand surface is further improved on the basis of reducing the dosage of the flocculant. The pH value of the system is not changed, and the defects of asphalt hydrophobicity reduction and asphalt droplet aggregation difficulty increase caused by hot alkali liquor are prevented.

Description
Emulsion type capsule slow-release oil sand dissociation agent and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of oil sand asphalt, relates to a dissociation agent for separating asphalt from oil sand and improving asphalt recovery rate, and in particular relates to an emulsion type capsule slow-release oil sand dissociation agent, and a preparation method and application thereof. Background The disclosure of this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to those of ordinary skill in the art. The oil sand is a non-conventional petroleum resource which can be exploited, and is a mixture composed of asphalt, sand, mineral substances, clay and cladding water, wherein the asphalt is the crude oil component contained in the oil sand, is more viscous than conventional crude oil, and belongs to extra heavy oil. The asphalt contained in the oil sand has the characteristics of high density, high viscosity, high hydrocarbon ratio, high metal content and the like. Oil sand dissociation is a process of separating asphalt from oil sand, mainly adopts water-based extraction technology, and is essentially a flotation process. The water-based dissociation process of the oil sand is generally carried out in a weakly alkaline hot water environment and mainly comprises two key steps of firstly desorbing asphalt oil from the solid surfaces such as sand grains and the like, and then combining the desorbed asphalt oil drops with the blown bubbles to float on the water surface to form asphalt foam. The agent for promoting desorption is oil sand dissociating agent. During the water-based dissociation, the conventionally used hot alkaline liquid dissociating agents cause an increase in pH. As the pH increases, the interface long-range repulsive force of asphaltene becomes larger and the hydrophobicity constant decreases, resulting in a decrease in the hydrophobic attraction force, and thus a rapid decrease in the adhesion force, and a decrease in the flotation effect, and also ionization of the acidic groups on the asphalt surface, resulting in a decrease in the attraction force between asphalt, and increasing the difficulty of aggregation between asphalt droplets. The oil sand clay and the coating water release calcium and magnesium ions into a dissociation system, and the water used for water-based dissociation also contains calcium and magnesium ions, so that along with the increase of the concentration of the calcium and magnesium ions in the weakly alkaline solution, the long-range repulsive interaction between asphalt and the silicon surface is greatly weakened, and the adhesive force is enhanced, so that the existence of divalent metal ions in the oil sand dissociation solution system is generally considered to bring adverse effects. When montmorillonite exists in the oil sand dissociation extraction system, the bridging effect of calcium and magnesium ions also increases the attractive force between asphalt and montmorillonite, so that clay particles wrap asphalt, the recovery rate and floatation quality of asphalt are reduced, and the subsequent treatment cost is increased. Therefore, how to obtain an oil sand dissociation agent for realizing the effects of reducing viscosity of asphalt, complexing calcium and magnesium ions and breaking clay wrapping without adjusting pH is a problem which needs to be solved by the person skilled in the art. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an emulsion type capsule slow-release oil sand dissociation agent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The oil sand dissociation agent of the water-in-oil slow-release emulsion type can obviously reduce the adverse effect of calcium and magnesium divalent ions, greatly improve the asphalt recovery rate and finally obviously improve the flotation effect of the oil sand. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: An emulsion type capsule slow release oil sand dissociation agent is a water-in-oil emulsion formed by mixing an aqueous phase flocculant solution with the volume ratio of (10-30): (70-90) and an oil phase containing an emulsifier; the aqueous phase flocculant solution comprises flocculant with the concentration of 10-100 mg/L, and the oil phase containing the emulsifier comprises emulsifier with the volume concentration of 1-4%. In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the emulsion type capsule slow-release oil sand dissociation agent, which comprises the following steps: Dispersing flocculant in water to obtain water phase flocculant solution, dispersing emulsifier in oil phase to obtain emulsifier-containing oil phase, mixing the water
