Claims (4)

  1. 1. Use of a composition comprising palmitic acid and berbamine in a concentration of 1.00mmol/L and berbamine in a concentration of 0.10mmol/L for promoting crop growth under drought conditions, wherein the crop is flax, maize, soybean or sorghum.

A method of promoting the growth and development of a crop under drought conditions, characterized in that a composition comprising palmitic acid and berbamine is applied to the crop, the concentration of palmitic acid is 1.00mmol/L, the concentration of berbamine is 0.10mmol/L, and the crop is flax, maize, soybean or sorghum.
  3. 3. The method of claim 2, wherein the composition is applied by foliar spraying as soon as the article enters the seedling stage.
  4. 4. A method according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the composition is applied at a frequency of 1 spray every 3 days and is treated by 10 consecutive sprays, the single spray dose being in the range of 0.05 to 0.20L/m 2 leaf area.

Compound composition of palmitic acid and berbamine and application Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of plant stress physiological regulation and agricultural chemistry, in particular to an exogenous application compound composition composed of fatty acid compounds and amine compounds and application thereof in improving drought resistance of crops and promoting crop growth. Background Most of the existing drought-resistant agents are chemical synthetic substances, and have good effects on single crops, so that the problem of environmental compatibility of the drought-resistant agents still needs to be concerned. Meanwhile, different drought-resistant agents are required to be applied to different crops, and management complexity in actual agricultural production is increased. Therefore, there is a need to develop a composition which is relatively environmentally friendly in terms of ingredients, suitable for use in a variety of crops, and capable of improving drought resistance of crops. Disclosure of Invention To address the problems of the prior art, the present disclosure provides a composition for improving drought resistance and/or promoting growth of crops, the composition comprising palmitic acid and berbamine. In some embodiments, the major components of the composition consist of palmitic acid and berbamine. In some embodiments, the mass ratio of palmitic acid to berberine (6-10): 1, preferably 7.6:1. In some embodiments, the concentration of the palmitic acid is 0.20-1.00 mmol/L and the concentration of the berberine is 0.05-0.20 mmol/L. In some embodiments, the concentration of the palmitic acid is 1.00 mmol/L and the concentration of the berberine is 0.10 mmol/L. In some embodiments, the composition may be used as the primary active ingredient of a fertilizer or plant growth regulator. In some embodiments, the composition is applied by foliar spray during the seedling stage. In some embodiments, the crop is flax, corn, soybean or sorghum. The present disclosure also provides a fertilizer for improving drought resistance and/or promoting growth and development of crops, wherein the active ingredients of the fertilizer comprise palmitic acid and berberine. In some embodiments, the mass ratio of palmitic acid to berberine (6-10): 1, preferably 7.6:1. In some embodiments, the concentration of the palmitic acid is 0.20-1.00 mmol/L and the concentration of the berberine is 0.05-0.20 mmol/L. In some embodiments, the concentration of the palmitic acid is 1.00 mmol/L and the concentration of the berberine is 0.10 mmol/L. In some embodiments, the fertilizer is a foliar fertilizer. In some embodiments, the fertilizer further comprises nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and/or trace elements required for plant growth.
