- 2. A Chinese medicinal granule, tablet, decoction, oral liquid or oral lyophilized powder prepared from the Chinese medicinal composition of claim 1.
- 3. The method for preparing the oral freeze-dried powder according to claim 2, which comprises the following steps: (1) Respectively weighing the medicinal materials/decoction pieces according to the weight parts, firstly, decocting rheum officinale, soaking rheum officinale in water, decocting in water, filtering the decocted medicinal liquid with gauze, and combining the filtrates; (2) Decocting the rest decoction pieces, soaking the rest decoction pieces in 6-10 times of water, boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire for at least two times, filtering the obtained medicinal liquid with gauze, and mixing filtrates; (3) Concentrating the liquid medicine, namely mixing the filtrates obtained in the steps (1) and (2), and concentrating in vacuum at 50-60 ℃ until each milliliter of concentrated solution is equivalent to 0.7-1.0g of decoction pieces, thus obtaining the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution; (4) Freeze drying, namely freeze-drying the prepared traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution in vacuum freeze-drying equipment to obtain freeze-dried powder; in the step (3), the slow fire decoction is carried out for 5 minutes in the first time, 30 minutes in the second time and 30 minutes in the third time; In the step (4), the specific steps of freeze-drying are a) pre-freezing at-80 ℃ for 12-24 hours, b) sublimation drying at-80 ℃ for 48-72 hours, C) resolution drying at 30 ℃ for 24-48 hours, and freeze-drying is finished.
- 4. Use of the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1 in the preparation of a medicament for treating sepsis.
Description
Traditional Chinese medicine composition, preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparation of medicines for preventing and treating sepsis Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparing medicines for preventing and treating sepsis. Background Sepsis is a systemic organ dysfunction syndrome caused by severe infection, critical illness and high mortality. Currently, clinical treatment is based on anti-infective, fluid resuscitation and organ support. However, sepsis has a complex pathological process, and often causes problems such as systemic microcirculation disturbance, intestinal failure, metabolic disturbance, and the like. The existing therapy mainly aims at a single link or symptom, and is difficult to effectively correct the whole organism unbalanced network. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the core of the pathogenesis of the sepsis is systemic 'qi movement disorder' caused by exogenous epidemic toxin or endogenous toxin pathogen damaging vital qi. It is a linkage pathological condition of the triple energizer with dysfunction of qi dispersing and descending in the upper energizer, stagnation of the spleen and stomach machine, and failure of qi transformation in the lower energizer. Furthermore, the abnormal metabolism of qi, blood and body fluids can cause the accumulation of toxic, heat, phlegm, blood stasis, deficiency and other pathological products, thus exacerbating the illness. Thus, the overall regulation of the qi functioning of the upper, middle and lower triple energizers against the sepsis "reverse qi movement" core pathogenesis is considered to be critical in blocking the malignant progression of sepsis. In the traditional Chinese medicine treatment scheme of sepsis, the qi regulating and activating mechanism is mainly represented by pinellia decoction for purging the heart, such as 'ban Xia Xixin decoction for treating sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction discussed, kongli and the like'. However, this recipe focuses on the regulation of spleen-stomach qi in the middle-jiao, and has limited intervention in the pathological links of dysfunction of lung qi in the upper-jiao and dysfunction of kidney qi in the lower-jiao and bladder. Thus, prior art solutions lack an overall modulation therapy regimen that can simultaneously penetrate the trifocal. In view of this, there is a need in the art to develop a new traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the reverse disorder state of the whole body qi system, which aims at the 'upper Jiao Xuansu dysfunction, the reverse disorder of the middle-jiao qi system, and the blockage of the lower-jiao', so as to comprehensively regulate the triple-jiao function and provide a new traditional Chinese medicine intervention strategy for the comprehensive treatment of sepsis. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition based on the qi movement lifting theory, which is used for treating sepsis so as to solve the problems. The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by weight, 5-20 parts of dried ginger, 10-80 parts of ginseng, 3-15 parts of rheum officinale, 5-20 parts of coptis chinensis, 5-20 parts of pinellia ternate, 5-20 parts of radix scutellariae, 10-70 parts of prepared rehmannia root and 5-20 parts of magnolia officinalis. The other traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by adding, based on the raw materials, 5-20 parts by weight of almond, 10-30 parts by weight of radix puerariae and 10-40 parts by weight of rhizoma alismatis. The traditional Chinese medicine composition takes the ascending and descending theory of qi movement as guidance, and achieves simultaneous treatment of attack and repair and triple energizer by strengthening healthy qi, eliminating pathogenic toxin and regulating qi movement of upper, middle and lower triple energizer integrally. It is especially suitable for treating general qi disorder syndrome manifested by sepsis, such as upper Jiao Xuansu dysfunction, middle-jiao qi disorder and lower-jiao obstruction. Specifically, the composition functions by the following mechanism. Strengthening body resistance and consolidating constitution, warming yang and invigorating qi, wherein ginseng in the recipe has the effects of reinforcing primordial qi, tonifying qi and relieving depletion, and strengthening healthy qi in the recipe, and the dry Jiang Wenzhong has the effects of dispelling cold, restoring yang and invigorating pulse, and is compatible with ginseng to achieve the effects of warming and reinforcing primordial yang, supporting healthy qi and restoring qi movement. Dispersing lung qi, moistening intestine, activating upper jiao, dispersing lung qi, relaxing bowel, strengthening yang, eliminating pathogenic factors, relieving muscle
