Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of nanofiltration membranes, and discloses a method for preparing a ZIF-8/MXene photocatalysis nanofiltration membrane by electric field assistance and application thereof, aiming at solving the defect that a multi-heterogeneous composite material is easy to cause random codeposition interface and disordered structure due to property difference under the drive of an electric field in the prior art, firstly, ZIF-8 grows in situ on the surface of MXene to form composite dispersion liquid, then the composite dispersion liquid and dopamine are prepared into electrophoretic liquid, then, a conductive substrate covered with a base film is taken as an anode, firstly, 3-8V forward voltage is applied for 2-10 minutes, MXene is driven to deposit preferentially to form a compact bottom layer, then 3-8V reverse voltage is applied for 2-20 minutes in a switching polarity, ZIF-8/MXene composite deposition is driven to synchronously initiate dopamine polymerization crosslinking, thus a composite membrane with ordered structure is constructed, controllable preparation of membrane structure and interval is realized, the obtained membrane has nano-sieve and photocatalysis characteristics, the rejection rate of antibiotics such as tetracycline is more than 95%, and the degradation rate under ultraviolet light is suitable for synchronously separating and deeply degrading antibiotics water bodies.
