Abstract

  1. 1. A method for producing all-male micropterus salmoides based on soaking-induced micropterus salmoides sexual inversion, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: s01, taking the hatching larch fries as the initial bait when the larch fries are parallel to the swimming course; S02, transferring the open largemouth black weever fries into a water body with a dissolved sex reversal induction reagent, feeding 3 times per day, and soaking and cultivating fries for 60 days; S03, after soaking and culturing for 60 days, transferring the largehead jewfish fries into a conventional culture water body for culturing, and obtaining a male population capable of producing semen after sexual maturity, namely the total male largehead jewfish.
