Description

Ternary compound weeding composition, preparation and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide herbicides, in particular to a ternary compound weeding composition, a preparation and application thereof. Background In the field of agricultural production, effective weed control is always a key link for guaranteeing crop yield and quality. Rice transplanting fields are used as important agricultural planting areas and face a wide variety of weed challenges with continuously enhanced resistance. Butachlor (Butachlor), also known as bentazone and noroxamine, is used as an amide selective pre-emergence herbicide, and is mainly absorbed by the young buds and the young secondary roots of weeds to inhibit protein synthesis in vivo, so that young weeds grow and are malformed, have dark green color and finally cause death. The butachlor is stable to light, can be decomposed by soil microorganisms, and is safe for the next crop. Cyhalofop-butyl (Cyhalofop-butyl), also known as Qianjin, is known as butyl (R) -2- [4- (4-oxo-2-fluorophenoxy) phenoxy ] propionate, is a systemic conductive herbicide, is absorbed by leaves and leaf sheaths of weeds, is conducted by phloem, accumulates in meristematic regions of the weeds, resists acetyl-CoA carboxylase, stops fatty acid synthesis, and causes disruption of lipid-containing structures such as membrane systems and the like, which can not normally progress cell growth and division, and finally causes death of the weeds. Clomazone is an organic heterocyclic selective pre-emergence herbicide, can be absorbed by plant root buds and is upwards transmitted to each part of plants along with the transpiration, so that the biosynthesis of chlorophyll of sensitive plants is controlled, and the sensitive plants can sprout and come out of soil but have no pigment, so that the Clomazone dies in a short period, and has good control effect on grassy weeds such as barnyard grass, wild millet and the like, annual broadleaf weeds such as chenopodium album, polygonum benincasa, amaranthus retroflexus and the like. The Chinese patent application CN108112587A is a cyhalofop-butyl and butachlor compound microemulsion, has special effects on barnyard grass, and the finished cyhalofop-butyl and butachlor compound microemulsion is prepared by blending under specific conditions, the weeding prevention effect is obviously higher than that of cyhalofop-butyl or butachlor alone, but the control effect of the binary compound composition on annual weeds in paddy rice transplanting fields is still limited. However, no report is currently available on ternary combination of butachlor, cyhalofop-butyl and clomazone. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the first aspect of the invention provides a ternary compound weeding composition, which comprises butachlor, cyhalofop-butyl and clomazone. The single herbicide is easy to cause resistance after long-term use, and the control effect is not ideal. In the invention, the butachlor, the cyhalofop-butyl and the clomazone are compounded, the butachlor inhibits the assembly of tubulin, the cyhalofop-butyl inhibits the synthesis of fatty acid, the clomazone inhibits the synthesis of carotenoid, and the action targets of the butachlor, the cyhalofop-butyl and the clomazone are not overlapped with each other to form a synergistic effect. The cyhalofop-butyl and clomazone cooperate to enhance cell membrane permeability and promote cyhalofop-butyl absorption, cyhalofop-butyl inhibits fatty acid synthesis and accelerates the damage of clomazone to an optical system, and the three metabolic pathways are complementary, so that weed detoxification metabolism is reduced, bioavailability is obviously improved, and further the control effect on weeds is improved. In some embodiments, the mass ratio of butachlor, cyhalofop-butyl, and clomazone is (25-35): 10-15): 5-10. Optionally, the mass ratio of butachlor to cyhalofop-butyl to clomazone is (30-35) 10 (5-7). Optionally, the mass ratio of butachlor to cyhalofop-butyl to clomazone is 30:10:7. According to the invention, the mass ratio of butachlor, cyhalofop-butyl and clomazone is controlled to be (25-35), 10-15, 5-10, and particularly when the mass ratio of butachlor, cyhalofop-butyl and clomazone is 30:10:7, the total grass plant control efficiency is more than or equal to 98.1%, the fresh weight control efficiency is more than or equal to 98.4%, and the yield measurement result is 8457.9-9303.5 kg/ha, which is remarkably higher than that of single-dose treatment. The weeding composition is probably because the butachlor inhibits the assembly of tubulin to block the growth of weed buds, the fluroxypyr inhibits the synthesis of fatty acid to damage the integrity of weed cell membranes, the clomazone inhibits the synthesis of carotenoid to cause the photosynthesis breakdown of weeds, and the three acting targets are not overlapped with each ot
