Description

Sterilization composition containing benziothiazolinone and Fluoxytioconazole Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of agriculture, and particularly relates to a sterilization composition containing benziothiazolinone and Fluoxytioconazole and application thereof. Background The benziothiazolinone (also called 1,2 benzisothiazolin-3-one) belongs to an isothiazole heterocyclic compound, and is a novel efficient low-toxicity broad-spectrum bactericide, and the action mechanism of the benziothiazolinone is mainly combined with anions or mercapto groups on the surface of a germ cell membrane to destroy the nuclear structure of the germ cell, destroy the synthesis system of protein and the cell membrane, interfere the metabolism of germ cells, inhibit germ reproduction and cause the death of the germ. The compound has good control effect on crops and the like caused by bacteria and fungi. Fluoxytioconazole is a novel triazole fungicide, is commercially developed by the Kedi Hua company, and belongs to ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitors. Fluoxytioconazole can be used for preventing and treating powdery mildew, rust disease, leaf blight and other crop diseases of various crops such as wheat, corn, soybean, peanut, sunflower, cucumber and the like. ‌ ‌ A Tian Lei et al (Synthesis and bactericidal activity of novel bactericide fluoxytioconazole, volume 63, 10. Of agricultural chemical) disclose Fluoxytioconazole that it can be used for controlling various crop diseases and have been studied on its mechanism of action and bioactivity. The wheat powdery mildew is an important leaf disease caused by the obligate parasitic fungus Bluestone powdery mildew, and typical symptoms of the wheat powdery mildew are that powder mildew which is white initially and turns to off-white later is generated on the surfaces of green tissues such as wheat leaves, leaf sheaths and stems, and the wheat powdery mildew is a mycelium and conidium pile of the germ, and when serious, the disease is connected with the sheet to cover the whole leaf surface and can generate black small particles (namely, closed capsule shells) later, and the disease is mainly transmitted by airflow to spread conidium for infection circulation, so that photosynthesis of plants is blocked, the leaf is early withered and thousand seed weight is reduced due to nutrient loss, and serious threat is formed to the yield and quality of the wheat. At present, no report related to the compounding of the benziothiazolinone and Fluoxytioconazole in the prior art is found. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims at screening effective compound medicines for diseases which are common in agricultural production such as wheat powdery mildew and the like but are difficult to control in the prior art. The inventor finds that the benziothiazolinone and Fluoxytioconazole have obvious synergistic effect after being compounded, can effectively prevent and treat various agricultural diseases including wheat powdery mildew, and completes the invention based on the result. One aspect of the invention relates to a bactericidal active ingredient composition, wherein the bactericidal active ingredient composition contains two active ingredients of benziothiazolinone and Fluoxytioconazole. In the bactericidal active ingredient composition, the weight ratio of the benziothiazolinone to Fluoxytioconazole is 1:40 to 40:1, preferably 1:20 to 20:1. For example :20:1、19:1、18:1、17:1、16:1、15:1、14:1、13:1、12:1、11:1、10:1、9:1、8:1、7:1、6:1、5:1、4:1、3:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5、1:6、1:7、1:8、1:9、1:10、1:11、1:12、1:13、1:14、1:15、1:16、1:17、1:18、1:19、1:20. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the weight ratio of the benziothiazolinone to Fluoxytioconazole is further preferably 10:1 to 1:10, still further preferably 1:1 to 1:5.
