Description

Diflufenican-pyraclostrobin pesticide suspension and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a diflufenican-pyraclostrobin pesticide suspension and a preparation method thereof. Background The diflufenican and the fenpyrazamine are common selective herbicide active ingredients in the agricultural field, the action mechanisms of the diflufenican and the fenpyrazamine are complementary, and the diflufenican and the fenpyrazamine have important application values in weed control. The diflufenican plays a role in inhibiting the biosynthesis of weed carotenoids, has remarkable control effect on broadleaf weeds, and the haloxyfop-R-methyl can effectively prevent and remove grassy weeds and part of broadleaf weeds by inhibiting the biosynthesis of weed cellulose. The herbicide composition formed by compounding the two is mainly applied to crop fields such as winter wheat fields and the like, aims at comprehensively preventing annual weeds such as broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds, can solve the problems that a single herbicide is narrow in herbicide-killing spectrum and easy to generate drug resistance, and meets the requirement of modern agriculture on efficient weeding. Related researches on the compounding of diflufenican and fenpyrazamine exist in the prior art, and a technical scheme of a herbicide composition containing the diflufenican and fenpyrazamine is disclosed in Chinese patent application CN 106614631A. The patent shows that the total mass percentage of the active ingredients of diflufenican and the haloxyfop-methyl is 10% -60%, the weeding composition can be prepared into various dosage forms including suspending agents, emulsifiable concentrates, microemulsions, dispersible oil suspending agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules and the like, and the weeding composition can be used for preventing and controlling weeds in wheat fields and corn fields in application scenes. The feasibility of the two-component compounding is preliminarily verified by the prior art, and a basic theory and application direction reference are provided for subsequent preparation optimization. Although the prior art has disclosed the compounding concept of diflufenican and haloxyfop-methyl, obvious technical defects still exist in practical industrial application. Firstly, the total content range of active ingredients in the prior art is wide, the precise proportion is not optimized for winter wheat Tian Teding weed communities, the balance between the drug effect and the cost is difficult to realize, secondly, the related technology of the existing suspending agent formulation lacks the specific formulation design, partial test formulation has the stability problems of particle size increase of over 50%, active ingredients are decomposed, water evolution is serious after heat storage and the like, thirdly, the prior art does not define the optimal combination scheme of an auxiliary agent system such as a wetting dispersant and a suspension thixotropic agent, and the performance consistency of the suspending agent preparation under different environmental conditions cannot be ensured. Therefore, the diflufenican with excellent stability and adaptation to winter wheat field weed control is developedThe pyribenzoxim suspending agent has important practical application value and technical innovation significance. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problems, the first aspect of the invention provides a diflufenican-pyraclostrobin pesticide suspension, which is prepared from, by mass, 7-10 parts of a pyraclostrobin technical, 10-15 parts of a fluopicolide technical, 1-3 parts of a wetting dispersant, 5-10 parts of a dispersant, 1-3 parts of a suspension thixotropic agent, 5-10 parts of an antifreezing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a preservative, 0.1-0.3 part of a thickener, 0.1-0.3 part of a pH regulator, 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 60-80 parts of water. As a practical case, the mass concentration of the metazopyr is 95-99wt%. As a practical case, the mass concentration of the fluopicolide is 95-99wt%. Further, the mass concentration of the metazopyr is 98wt%. Further, the mass concentration of the diflufenican original drug is 98wt%. The existing herbicide is characterized in that the existing herbicide is single in component and easy to cause drug resistance of weeds, or a compound formula is lack of an accurate proportioning design, so that the existing herbicide is difficult to adapt to the control requirements of specific weed communities, although the action mechanisms of the halofop-butyl and the diflufenican are different, the existing technology does not clearly determine the optimal proportion of the halofop-butyl and the diflufenican to target weeds, so that the synergistic control effect is poor and the control spectrum is limited; because the fenpyrad and the diflufenican are both hydrophobic raw materials, agg
