The invention provides a pesticide suspending agent containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin, which comprises, by mass, 5-6 parts of trifloxystrobin, 40-42 parts of thiophanate-methyl, 3-5 parts of a wetting dispersing agent, 2-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of a wetting emulsifying agent, 1-2 parts of a suspension thixotropic agent, 3-5 parts of an antifreezing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a preservative, 0.1-0.3 part of a thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 part of an antifoaming agent and 35-45 parts of water. The pesticide suspending agent containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent stability, low irritation to crops, good environmental compatibility and good popularization and application value.

  1. 1. The pesticide suspending agent containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin is characterized by comprising, by mass, 5-6 parts of trifloxystrobin, 40-42 parts of thiophanate-methyl, 3-5 parts of wetting dispersant, 2-3 parts of dispersant, 1-3 parts of wetting emulsifier, 1-2 parts of suspension thixotropic agent, 3-5 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of preservative, 0.1-0.3 part of thickener, 0.1-0.3 part of defoamer and 35-45 parts of water; the mass concentration of the trifloxystrobin is 97-99%; the mass concentration of the thiophanate-methyl is 97-99%.
  2. 2. The pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin according to claim 1, wherein said wetting dispersant is a block polyether mixture.
  3. 3. The pesticidal suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin of claim 2, wherein said block polyether mixture is identified by the trademark MALIDIS 1895.
  4. 4. The pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a polycarboxylate.
  5. 5. The pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin of claim 4, wherein the polycarboxylate is identified by the brand name ultrasurf 7023A.
  6. 6. The pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin of claim 1, wherein the wetting emulsifier is a block copolymer.
  7. 7. The pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin of claim 6, wherein the block copolymer is identified by the trade designation MALIDIS L.
  8. 8. A pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said suspension thixotropic agent comprises one of bentonite, fumed silica or magnesium aluminium silicate.
  9. 9. The pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin according to claim 1, wherein said thickener comprises one of xanthan gum, guar gum, carbomer or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.

A process for the preparation of a pesticide suspension containing thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of: sequentially adding a wetting dispersing agent, a wetting emulsifying agent, a suspension thixotropic agent, an antifreezing agent, a preservative, a defoaming agent and water into a homogenizing kettle, adding trifloxystrobin and thiophanate-methyl into the homogenizing kettle, stirring the mixture into uniform slurry, adding a thickening agent into the slurry after sanding, and stirring the slurry uniformly to obtain the pesticide suspending agent containing thiophanate-methyl and the trifloxystrobin.

Background In the field of agricultural pest control, citrus resin disease (also called sandy skin disease) is one of important diseases affecting the development of the citrus industry, and seriously reduces fruit quality and yield. The single bactericide in the current market has the problems of limited control effect, easy generation of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria and the like, and is difficult to meet the requirements of modern agriculture on efficient and durable prevention and control of diseases. The thiophanate-methyl serving as a broad-spectrum benzimidazole bactericide plays a role in inhibiting pathogenic bacteria cell division, the trifloxystrobin belongs to a methoxy acrylic acid ester bactericide, achieves a bactericidal effect by blocking pathogenic bacteria respiration, has different action mechanisms, and has a technical foundation for compound use. Related researches on the compounding of thiophanate-methyl and trifloxystrobin exist in the prior art, for example, patent CN102217617A discloses a pesticide composition containing the trifloxystrobin, the effective active ingredients of the pesticide composition comprise the trifloxystrobin (A) and the carbendazim or the thiophanate-methyl (B), the weight ratio of the two is 1:64-16:1, the total content of the effective active ingredients accounts for 1-90% of the total weight of the composition, and the preferable content is 10-80%. Meanwhile, the existing suspending agent has the problems of layering, precipitation, particle size increase, uneven dispersion, poor atomization effect, weak rain wash resistance and the like after hot storage/cold storage, and the core pain point of unstable suspension system and poor field use convenience is solved by scientifically matching auxiliary agents such as wetting dispersant, suspension thixotropic agent and the like and combining with strictly controlled purity of the original drug; the high-purity raw pesticide and the low-toxicity environment-friendly auxiliary agent are selected, so that the problems of high risk of pesticide injury and large environmental influence of the preparation are solved, and the environment-friendly pesticide meets the standard of green pesticides.
