Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural biology, in particular to application of flavin adenine dinucleotide as a ribonuclease inhibitor in pear anthracnose prevention and treatment. The invention defines the effect of natural compound Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) in inhibiting ribonuclease activity and preventing and controlling pear anthracnose. FAD (100 mu M) can be combined with fruit anthracnose sclerotiniose nuclease and can obviously inhibit the enzyme activity of the fruit anthracnose sclerotiniose nuclease, and externally applied FAD can inhibit anthracnose from infecting pears, can obviously inhibit the morbidity of pear anthracnose, can reduce the morbidity in the pear fruit storage process, and has good application value.

- 1. Use of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) for controlling fungal diseases of crops, wherein the FAD is capable of inhibiting infection of the crop by the fungal disease.
- 2. The use according to claim 1, wherein the fungus comprises one or more of anthrax, verticillium dahliae, fusarium graminearum, ustilago oryzae, preferably the fungus is anthrax.
- 3. The use according to claim 2, wherein the fungus is selected from one or more of the group consisting of colletotrichum pyritinoides, colletotrichum cucumerinum, colletotrichum spinach.
- 4. The use according to claim 1, wherein the crop is selected from pears, melons, vegetables, tobacco.
- 5. The use according to claim 1, wherein the Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) is used at a concentration of 100 μm.
- 6. Use of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) in the preparation of a product for controlling fungal diseases of crops.
- 7. The use according to claim 6, wherein the product is a pesticide comprising Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD).
- 8. The use according to claim 7, wherein the pesticide is used to inhibit infection of pears by colletotrichum pyri.
- 9. The use according to claim 6, wherein the pesticide is in the form of a liquid or solid formulation.

The use according to claim 9, wherein the liquid formulation is selected from the group consisting of suspensions, emulsifiable concentrates, aqueous emulsions, microemulsions, and the solid formulation is selected from the group consisting of wettable powders, water dispersible granules, granules.

Background The Chinese pear has wide planting area and high yield. However, the anthracnose of the pears caused by the anthracnose of the fruit living (Colletotrichum fructicola) damages the fruits, leaves and other parts of the pears, so that the pear bitter rot and early leaf drop are caused, and huge losses are brought to the pear industry. The prevalence of pear anthracnose has become a major chronic disease restricting pear production. Meanwhile, the pear anthracnose can continuously cause harm and economic loss in the processes of fruit picking, storage, transportation and sales, and seriously hinders the development of the pear industry. In the production process, chemical agent control is still mainly used for pear anthracnose, and the bactericide comprises carbendazim of benzimidazoles, difenoconazole of triazoles and the like. However, due to the lack of molecular targets, these agents are frequently used for long periods of time, resulting in increasingly prominent pathogen resistance. The incidence rate of resistance of the fruit anthracnose to the common bactericides reaches 30% -60%, and the control effect is obviously reduced. In addition, the problem of pesticide residue forms a direct threat to food safety, and the fruit detection rate of partial production areas exceeds the standard limit value. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: In one aspect, the invention discloses application of Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) in preventing and controlling fungal diseases of crops, wherein the FAD can inhibit infection of the fungal diseases on the crops. In certain embodiments, the fungus comprises one or more of anthrax, verticillium dahliae, fusarium graminearum, ustilago oryzae. Preferably, the fungus is selected from anthrax. More preferably, the fungus is selected from one or more of colletotrichum pyricola, colletotrichum cucumerinum, and colletotrichum spinach. In certain embodiments, the crop is selected from the group consisting of pears, melons, vegetables, tobacco. In certain embodiments, the Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) is used at a concentration of 100 μm.
