  1. 1. A composite growth regulator for promoting the growth of seedlings and strengthening ears in regenerated rice season is prepared from zeatin nucleoside, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, surfactant and alkali solution.
  2. 2. The composite growth regulator of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of zeatin nucleoside to potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 1-2 mg/50-80 g.
  3. 3. The composite growth regulator of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of zeatin nucleoside to potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 1.6 mg to 64 g.

The composite growth regulator according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving zeatin nucleoside in an alkali solution with the concentration of 0.5-2 mol/L, adding a proper amount of water to the target concentration, adding monopotassium phosphate to dissolve, adding a surfactant into the solution, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composite growth regulator solution.
