Description
Application of trichoderma harzianum in preventing and treating potato black nevus and scab Technical Field The disclosure relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to application of trichoderma harzianum in preventing and treating potato black nevus and scab. Background Potato (Solanum tuberosum l.) is an annual herb of the genus Solanum of the family solanaceae. Potato black nevus is a disease of potato caused by rhizoctonia solani, mainly in the form of unwanted buds, stem bases and tubers. The young buds are infected, and some buds are rotted into bud rot before soil emergence, so that seedling deficiency is caused. And at the beginning of the infection after the soil emergence, the leaves at the lower part of the plant turn yellow, and the stems form brown sunk spots. In severe cases, stem axillary buds produce purple or green aerial tubers, or the basal part of the underground stem produces many small potatoes without economic value, and many black brown sclerotium are scattered on the surface. Serious disease occurs, and the incidence rate of the severe field plants reaches 70-80%. The potato yield can be reduced by more than 15% in the common year, the whole field can be destroyed in the individual year, and the yield and quality of the potato can be seriously affected. Potato scab is one of the important diseases of potatoes in the world, and is caused by various streptomyces species and occurs in potatoes. Is ubiquitous in China potato production bases. After the disease occurs, although the disease spots are limited to the cortex, the disease potatoes are not storage-resistant and have an unsightly appearance. The quality of the potatoes is greatly affected after the disease is felt, so that the commodity value is reduced, and the yield can be generally reduced by 10-30%, and the yield of partial plots is reduced by more than 40%. Mainly damages tubers, brown spots are generated on the surfaces of initial tubers, the brown spots are gradually enlarged to be nearly round or irregular large spots, and the spots are polydisperse. The disease spots are in reticulate patterns and split patterns, the epidermis is roughened and lignified, the edge of the disease spots is raised after cracking, the center of the disease spots is depressed, and the disease spots are rust-colored, dark brown or black scab-shaped hard spots. Therefore, there is a need to develop a safe biocontrol product. Disclosure of Invention The purpose of the disclosure is to provide the application of trichoderma harzianum in preventing and treating potato black nevus and scab. The disclosure provides application of trichoderma harzianum in preventing and treating potato black nevus and scab, wherein the classification of trichoderma harzianum is named trichoderma harzianum Trichoderma harzianum, and the preservation number of trichoderma harzianum is CGMCC No.40017. Alternatively, the application comprises applying trichoderma harzianum to the soil of a potato plant. Optionally, the applying includes any one of spraying, root irrigation and soil mixing. Optionally, the trichoderma harzianum is used in an amount of 10 7-1011 CFU/strain. Alternatively, the application comprises applying a microbial inoculant containing trichoderma harzianum with the preservation number of CGMCC No.40017 to the soil of a potato plant. Optionally, the applying includes any one of spraying, root irrigation and soil mixing. Optionally, the viable count of trichoderma harzianum with the preservation number of CGMCC No.40017 in each gram of the microbial agent is 10 7-1011 CFU.
