Description

Ruminant wintering concentrate supplement feed and production method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of feed processing, in particular to a ruminant wintering concentrate supplement feed and a production method thereof. Background Herbivores with multi-chamber stomach, such as cattle and sheep, can digest cellulose feed by ruminants, and generally supplement high-energy and high-protein nutrition for ruminants in winter pasture shortage period by feeding overwintering concentrate supplement feed, and is used for maintaining growth, milk production and cold resistance. At present, the overwintering of ruminants mainly depends on reserved coarse fodder such as hay, silage and the like, and is supplemented with conventional concentrate supplement materials such as corn, bean pulp, wheat bran and the like, and the simple mixing is performed, so that basic energy and protein are provided. The production process adopts the traditional crushing, mixing and granulating processes, the raw materials are cured and sterilized by high-temperature granulation, and functional components such as probiotics and the like are added in the mixing stage by some manufacturers. But has the following problems: (1) The formula has insufficient pertinence, only focuses on basic nutrition supplement, lacks cold-resistant stress functional components, is easy to cause metabolic disturbance and immunity reduction in winter of ruminants due to low temperature, and has low rumen fermentation efficiency and insufficient nutrition absorption rate; (2) In the production process, high-temperature granulation can damage thermosensitive components such as vitamins, probiotics and the like in the feed, so that functional components are invalid, and the feeding effect is influenced; (3) The existing feed has single flavor, is difficult to stimulate ingestion, and has the disadvantages of easy agglomeration or oxidative deterioration due to water absorption of part of products and short storage period. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the formula of the wintering concentrate supplement feed for ruminants is insufficient in pertinence, the nutrition absorption rate is general, and meanwhile, active ingredients are easy to lose and the palatability is poor under the influence of a production process. The invention provides a ruminant wintering concentrate supplement feed, which comprises, by weight, 60-90 parts of a base raw material, 5-15 parts of a cold-resistant stress additive, 1-5 parts of a probiotic compound, 1-5 parts of a flavor improving component and 4-8 parts of a mineral supplement; the probiotic compound comprises lactobacillus, saccharomycetes and cellulolytic bacteria; the flavor improving component comprises molasses, vanilla powder, acidulant and citric acid; the mineral supplement comprises calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, and compound microelements including ferrum, zinc, selenium, and manganese.
