Description
Preparation method of cymbidium extract for cigarettes, and product and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco flavor, and relates to a preparation method of a tobacco tree orchid extract, a product and application thereof. Background The sensory quality of tobacco products is a key factor for determining market acceptance, and the essence and the spice play an irreplaceable role in shaping the characteristic aroma of cigarettes, improving the comfort level of smoke, covering miscellaneous gases and reducing the irritation. With the promotion of consumer health consciousness and the refinement of consumer taste, the 'tar reduction and harm reduction' and the 'aroma enhancement and moisture preservation' become the core research directions of the tobacco industry. Under such a background, it is particularly important to develop a natural tobacco flavor with high quality and high safety. Compared with synthetic perfume, the natural perfume has complex components, rich layers and natural and coordinated fragrance, and the cognition from natural plants enables the natural perfume to better accord with the healthy consumption trend, thus being an important resource for improving the cigarette product force and the differential competitiveness. The tree orchid (also known as Miquel orchid, aglaia odorata Lour.) is a evergreen plant of Miquel genus of Meliaceae family, which has a elegant and durable flower fragrance, a sweet floral fragrance and has jasmine, ylang and tea notes. The tobacco flavor is developed into tobacco flavor, so that elegant and coordinated flower fragrance and tea fragrance can be provided for cigarettes, the taste of the cigarettes can be effectively improved, soft moist feeling is provided for the cigarettes, the heat dryness feeling caused by the smoke is reduced, and the tobacco flavor has unique value for improving the sensory quality and comfort level of the cigarettes. Therefore, the tree orchid extract is a natural tobacco flavor with great potential, and the high-fidelity preparation and stabilization application technology thereof is attracting attention. In the prior art, extraction and application of the aroma components of the cymbidium goeringii have been explored in various ways, and CN119499133A discloses extraction of essential oil of stem and leaf of the cymbidium goeringii and application of the essential oil in cosmetics. CN116987551A is extracted and prepared into the cymbidium oil by adopting specific composite enzymolysis and supercritical CO 2, and the technical limitation is that the process is mainly aimed at and efficiently extracts fat-soluble essential oil components, and the extraction efficiency and comprehensive utilization of water-soluble aroma precursor substances (such as glycoside bonding aroma) existing in a large amount in raw materials are insufficient, so that the aroma spectrum of a final product is possibly incomplete, and the whole flavor value of the raw materials cannot be fully utilized. CN108103109a discloses a method for preparing tobacco flavor by fermenting mildy orchid with specific lysobacter, and new flavor substances are produced by microbial metabolic transformation, so that the flavor is enriched. However, the method has long process period and complex product components, changes the fidelity (fidelity) of the characteristic aroma of the original tree orchid, and also does not solve the problem of physical stability of aroma substances. In summary, in the aspect of the development of the tree orchid spice, in particular to the preparation of high-quality tree orchid extract for cigarette application, the prior art still has the problems of insufficient aroma fidelity, poor aroma stability, limited resource utilization rate and the like, so that aiming at the urgent demands of high-end tobacco products on natural spice with high fidelity, high stability and high efficiency, the development of an innovative preparation method capable of completely retaining the characteristic aroma of tree orchid, remarkably improving the storage and application stability of the tree orchid and realizing the comprehensive utilization of raw materials is urgently required. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems of insufficient fragrance fidelity, poor stability of fragrance components in storage and application, low raw material utilization rate and the like in the existing preparation technology of the cymbidium styracifolium spice, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of the cymbidium styracifolium extract for high-fidelity cigarettes, which can completely maintain the natural fragrance of the cymbidium styracifolium, remarkably improve the stability of products and realize the full-valued utilization of raw materials, and products and applications thereof. In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: in a first aspect, the i
