Description

Sandwich type aerosol product Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of aerosol products, in particular to a sandwich type aerosol product. Background Currently, the mainstream of known aerosol products is a rod-shaped structure similar to a traditional cigarette, and matched heating elements mainly comprise two types of penetrating type and placing type. In either of the heating elements, the contact area with the aerosol-generating substrate is limited, and the time-temperature variation curve from the center point of the aerosol-generating substrate to the outer surface points gradually increases. In order to enable the aerosol-generating substrate located away from the heating element to reach a suitable temperature zone for generating aerosol, the temperature accumulated near the heating element is significantly higher than the suitable temperature zone, resulting in excessive temperature difference at points near the heating element. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a sandwich type aerosol product, which aims to solve the technical problem that the temperature difference of each position of an aerosol generating substrate in the existing aerosol product is large. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a sandwich aerosol-product comprising a heating element and an aerosol-generating substrate, the heating element being formed by folding a body in the length direction thereof, the body being arranged in a planar form, the heating element comprising a plurality of folding planes, gaps being formed between adjacent ones of the folding planes, the aerosol-generating substrate being folded to fill part or all of the gaps. Further, at least two layers of the aerosol-generating substrate are arranged between two adjacent folding planes. Further, the included angle between every two adjacent folding planes is equal and is 0-60 degrees. Further, the length of each of the folding planes is equal. Further, the widths of the gaps filled with the aerosol-generating substrates located outside the body are respectively equal, and the widths of the gaps filled with the aerosol-generating substrates located inside the body are respectively equal. Further, the aerosol-generating substrate has a thickness of 0.1mm to 0.4mm. Further, the thickness of the body is 0.03 mm-0.1 mm. Further, the material of the body is one or more selected from iron-chromium-aluminum, stainless steel and ferrite. Further, the width of the folding plane is smaller than or equal to the width of the aerosol-generating substrate after folding. Further, the surface roughness of the aerosol-generating substrate is 0.07mm to 0.10mm. Further, the bending section of the heating body and/or the bending section of the aerosol-generating substrate is provided with a through hole. Further, the sandwich aerosol product further comprises a base and pins, wherein the pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the heating body, and the pins are fixed on the base to be electrically connected with a heating appliance. The sandwich type aerosol product provided by the invention has the advantages that the body of the heating element is arranged in a plane shape, the heating speed is high, the energy consumption is obviously reduced, the high-temperature stability is strong, a large heat exchange area is formed between the folding plane of the heating element and the folded aerosol generating substrate, the folding planes are opposite to each other, and the heat radiation is mutually influenced, so that the integral temperature difference of the area near the heating element is reduced.
