Description
Arthroscope is with washing support Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field related to medical instruments, in particular to a flushing bracket for an arthroscope. Background Arthroscopic surgery is a high-precision minimally invasive surgical technique in which cameras and micro-instruments are inserted through small skin incisions of the millimeter scale, and meniscal, ligaments, cartilage injuries or inflammations in joints such as the knee, shoulder, ankle, etc. are diagnosed and treated under a display. Compared with the traditional open surgery, arthroscopic surgery has the advantages of small trauma, light postoperative pain, quick recovery and the like, and is widely applied to clinic. However, the problems of suitability, stability and portability of the saline flush device in the current arthroscopic surgery are not effectively solved. The support frame of the saline flushing device in the prior art can be divided into two types according to the complexity, wherein the first type is a common infusion support, a single-rod telescopic structure is adopted, the bottom is a light base, so that the defects of poor stability and easiness in dumping exist, the common infusion support is used for hanging a saline bag through a hook, manual rough height adjustment is relied on, a special pipeline fixing structure is not adopted, the problems that the height adjustment precision is insufficient and flushing pressure cannot be stably controlled exist, and in addition, the common infusion support is used, due to the fact that a fixing limiting structure for a pipeline is lacked, the pipeline is easy to wind and shift, and operation is interfered. The second type is a special arthroscope flushing tower which has the functions of electric lifting, pressure monitoring and the like, has higher adjustment precision, but has higher cost and complex operation flow, is difficult for a basic medical institution to bear the cost and has higher professional requirements on medical staff, and has the characteristic of large volume, and is inconvenient to move and store. In view of the foregoing, there is a need in the art for an arthroscope irrigation bracket that has better stability, more precise and convenient height adjustment, smaller volume, and lower cost. Disclosure of Invention Therefore, the invention aims to provide an arthroscope flushing bracket, which adopts a built-in counterweight base and a manually adjustable telescopic rod to improve stability, adjustment accuracy and convenience, adopts an adjustable hanging rope assembly to fix a saline bag to improve saline bag adjustment accuracy, and adopts a hook arranged on the telescopic rod to flexibly fix a flushing pipeline. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a flushing support for an arthroscope, which comprises a base, a support column assembly and a group of adjustable hanging rope assemblies, wherein the support column assembly comprises a first telescopic rod and a second telescopic rod which are arranged at the top of the base, the telescopic directions of the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are parallel to each other, the top of the second telescopic rod is connected with the middle part of the first telescopic rod, a cross beam is arranged at the top of the first telescopic rod, the adjustable hanging rope assemblies are combined with the cross beam and are installed, a salt water bag is hung on the adjustable hanging rope assemblies, a plurality of hooks are fixedly sleeved on the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod, and the adjustable hanging rope assemblies are connected with the hooks in a hooking manner.
