Description
Tourniquet for field first aid Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to a tourniquet for field emergency treatment. Background In the field activity process, after the limbs are scratched by a sharp device or are beaten by a blunt device, bleeding is easy, especially arterial blood vessels are high in pressure, if hemostasis is not timely carried out, life is endangered, tourniquets are usually adopted for hemostasis in the prior art, the most common tourniquet is a band-aid, but the tourniquet can only carry out hemostasis repair on micro-wound surfaces, small-wound surfaces or venous bleeding, and cannot be suitable for hemostasis repair on severe skin injuries such as large-wound surfaces, arterial bleeding and the like. Because the muscle has elasticity, the sticky tourniquet is easy to loosen, and the tourniquet with mechanical fasteners is usually adopted for hemostasis in the situations of large wound surface, arterial hemorrhage and the like, such as CN118750090A, CN117561032A, KR102105406B1, KR102203129B1 and GB2543652A, US11759213B2 in the prior art, the tourniquet is bound by adopting the mechanical fasteners similar to the belt ends, but the binding mode is not strong in wearable comfort, the processing and manufacturing process is complex, the application range is narrow, for example, the tourniquet with the mechanical fasteners can only be bound on legs, wrists and arms of a human body/an animal body, and the tourniquet can not be applied after the finger/toe is wounded. In addition, in the process of wound crusting, due to bacteria existing at the wound, internal white blood cells are transported to the wound for bioremediation, so that moisture on the outer layer of the wound is lost, body fluid microcirculation is not smooth, neurons at the wound are further disturbed, dry itching is easy to occur on a human body/animal body, the wound is scratched by the human body/animal body, and the tourniquet of the adhesive type is easy to fall off or cause wound recurrence. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a tourniquet for field emergency treatment, which comprises the following specific technical scheme: The utility model provides a tourniquet of open-air first aid usefulness, has wearable area body, and the area body has first end and second end, and first end and second end buckle are connected and are made the area body form wearable cyclic annular, and the area body inboard has hemostatic portion for stopping bleeding to the external wound of human or animal. The hemostatic part adopts medical fabric and is coated with sodium alginate and soluble silver ion salt. The belt body comprises an outer layer, a gel layer, a fiber weaving layer and an inner layer from outside to inside in sequence, wherein the outer layer can be made of a high polymer material with compact quality, a plurality of capillaries which are mutually parallel are arranged in the outer layer along the length direction, each capillary is connected with a plurality of capillary branch pipes, the inner diameter of each capillary branch pipe is smaller than that of the capillary, the opening of each capillary branch pipe faces the gel layer, and liquid can be conveyed into the gel layer by utilizing the capillary force of the capillary and the capillary branch pipes. The gel layer adopts hydrogel, the hydrogel has swelling property, and the volume can be increased after absorbing water. In this embodiment, because the relative positions of the first end and the second end of the tourniquet body are fixed, the hydrogel swells and increases the pressure on the skin of the limb, so that the two sides of the wound can be attached, and the wound healing efficiency is improved. In this example, vinyl alcohol (PVA) was used as the polymer monomer, methylene Bisacrylamide (MBAA) was used as the crosslinking agent, ammonium Persulfate (APS) was used as the initiator, and nano silver ions were dispersed in lactic acid and the crosslinking accelerator ascorbic acid (ASA) as the chelating agent. The gel layer contains 22.00. g of vinyl alcohol as polymer monomer, 0.12. g MBAA of covalent cross-linking agent, 0.185. g APS of initiator, 0.166. g ASA of cross-linking promoter, 0.08mol/L of nano silver ion cross-linking concentration and 10.66mol/L of lactic acid in 100. g solution. And (3) fully stirring and degassing the mixture, pouring the mixture into a mold, polymerizing for 1-1.5 hours under the water bath condition of 55-60 ℃, taking 10-15 mu L of tetramethyl ethylenediamine as a catalyst in the process, polymerizing PVA under the action of a cross-linking agent, an initiator and a cross-linking accelerator while chelating, and demolding the solidified hydrogel to obtain the gel layer. The first end is physically connected with the belt body and is provided with a base and first connecting edges, the four
