Description

Root bone resetting device Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a root bone reposition device. Background Foot sprain is a clinically common exercise injury and daily accidental injury, and the core injury mechanism is foot joint sprain, and different stress modes can cause injuries of different parts. There is a special type of sprained foot, namely, a strain of a root bone related joint caused by upward impact of a heel on the root bone when the heel falls on the ground, the strain is more frequent in the scenes of daily walking, sports falling on the ground and the like, and the specific reset treatment is needed to restore the foot function. At present, the clinical practice for the reduction of the sprained foot focuses on the talus reduction, and related reduction devices and methods are mainly designed around the talus injury, so that a mature talus reduction technical system is formed. However, for heel impact induced root bone related sprain, a specific and targeted resetting device is lacking in the prior art, and the treatment is carried out by resetting according to the traditional method in clinic. The positions of the root bones after the sprain are difficult to correct and reset due to the huge tension of the gastrocnemius muscles and soleus muscles of the human body on the root bones, meanwhile, the traditional manual resetting has extremely high requirements on the experience of operating doctors, the operation difficulty is high, the resetting precision and success rate are difficult to ensure, incomplete resetting is easily caused, and sequelae such as foot pain, limited activity and the like are caused, so that the daily life and the exercise function recovery of a patient are seriously affected. Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a root canal reposition device that solves the above-mentioned problems. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a root bone resetting device, which is characterized in that a cooperative fixing system is formed by interconnecting root bones, tibia and midfoot fixing mechanisms, the root bone resetting track is ensured to be accurate, displacement is avoided, the resetting success rate is improved, meanwhile, a hydraulic rod, a hinged structure and a rotary handle are adopted to simplify operation, accurate fine adjustment is realized, the dynamic resetting requirement is adapted, an elastic binding band and a detachable protective soft cushion are adapted to different patient body types, the wearing comfort level is improved, a rigid material ensures the fixing reliability, the flexible protection reduces friction and compression damage, the buffer structure reduces secondary injury risk, the detachable design is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and the treatment safety and the device practicability are both considered. The technical aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme that the root bone resetting device comprises a root bone fixing mechanism, a tibia fixing mechanism and a midfoot fixing mechanism, wherein the root bone fixing mechanism is used for fixing root bones on feet of a patient, the tibia fixing mechanism is used for fixing tibia on calves of the patient, the midfoot fixing mechanism is used for fixing midfoot positions of the feet of the patient, and the root bone fixing mechanism, the tibia fixing mechanism and the midfoot fixing mechanism are connected with each other in pairs. Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, utilize root bone fixed establishment, shin bone fixed establishment and midfoot fixed establishment, and realize the two liang of interconnect of three, form the three point cooperation fixed system of root bone-shin bone-midfoot, on the one hand, to the core demand that the root bone reset, carry out accurate fixed to reset key position (root bone), atress supporting part (shin bone), auxiliary positioning position (midfoot) respectively, avoid the fixed in-process foot that leads to of single position to shift, ensure that the root bone is in the track of resetting in advance all the time, promote the success rate of resetting, on the other hand, the effort when the three-point interconnection structure forms the mechanical closed loop, patient pain or the tissue damage that leads to is concentrated in local atress are avoided, adapt to human foot and shank's physiological structure relevance simultaneously, provide stable structural basis for the accurate operation of resetting of follow-up, traditional resetting means single fixed point has been solved, the not enough technical problem of stability. The invention further provides that the root bone fixing mechanism comprises a U-shaped block, a first fixing block and a supporting rod, wherein the U-shaped block is connected with the fixing block, the U-shaped block is matched with the rear end of the foot in shape, two ends of the supporti
