A nursing device for preventing infection of a wound stoma is characterized by comprising a containing box with an opening at the bottom, a nursing mechanism arranged in the containing box and a nursing box with openings at two ends, wherein a liquid inlet is formed in the containing box, the nursing box is fixedly connected with the containing box and communicated with the liquid inlet, the nursing mechanism comprises a nursing component and auxiliary components symmetrically arranged at two sides of the containing box along the width direction of the containing box, the nursing component comprises an inner plate, a water plate, an inner hole formed in the inner plate and a plurality of water holes formed in the water plate, the inner plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the nursing box, the water plate is connected with the inner hole, the auxiliary components comprise a piston cylinder, a piston block, a suction pipe, a calandria and a plurality of suction holes formed in the containing box, a power part used for driving the piston block to reciprocate along the length direction of the piston cylinder, the piston cylinder is fixedly connected with the containing box, the piston block is in sliding connection with the piston cylinder, two ends of the calandria piston cylinder are respectively communicated with the piston cylinder and the drain holes.
