CN-121971248-A - Wheelchair self-locking structure and wheelchair
Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a wheelchair self-locking structure and a wheelchair, wherein the self-locking structure comprises a seat frame assembly and a self-locking piece, the seat frame assembly is used for supporting a seat cushion and comprises at least one first supporting piece, the self-locking piece is provided with a first connecting part, a second connecting part and a third connecting part, the first connecting part, the second connecting part and the third connecting part are respectively connected with a backrest, the first supporting piece and a rear frame, and a clamping part between the second connecting part and the third connecting part, when the seat cushion of the wheelchair is loaded, the seat frame assembly moves downwards under the action of gravity, so that the clamping part of the first supporting piece and the self-locking piece is driven to form automatic clamping. According to the application, the self-locking piece is introduced into the traditional structure, the self-gravity of a user is utilized to trigger locking, and the self-gravity triggering locking device is not required to depend on the driving force of the user, so that when the main locking mechanism fails accidentally, the backrest is effectively prevented from tilting forwards, the use safety and reliability of the folding wheelchair are greatly improved, and the self-gravity triggering locking device is particularly suitable for weak or disabled users.

Description
Wheelchair self-locking structure and wheelchair Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a wheelchair self-locking structure and a wheelchair. Background Wheelchairs are a mobility aid for special people such as disabled people, elderly people, medical clinical rehabilitation patients and the like, and are widely used because of being foldable, portable and small in occupied space. In the related art solutions, the locking mechanism of the conventional wheelchair fails to maintain the stability of the backrest when the user needs to apply a lateral force against the backrest through the back, i.e. to apply a lateral force to the wheelchair backrest, which force is dependent on the strength level of the wheelchair user himself. However, with the related art solutions, wheelchair users are usually disabled people, and lack sufficient strength, so that the wheelchair is disabled as a whole and cannot be used normally. Disclosure of Invention The embodiment of the application provides a wheelchair self-locking structure and a wheelchair, which are used for automatically utilizing the self gravity of a user to lock a backrest assembly when a main locking mechanism fails, so that the wheelchair can be used safely and normally. In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a wheelchair self-locking structure, including: the seat frame assembly is arranged below the wheelchair cushion and used for supporting the wheelchair cushion, and comprises at least one first supporting piece arranged at intervals along a first direction; the self-locking piece comprises a first connecting part, a second connecting part, a third connecting part and a clamping part, wherein the first connecting part is connected with the backrest of the wheelchair, the second connecting part is connected with the first supporting piece, and the third connecting part is connected with the rear frame of the wheelchair; when the wheelchair cushion bears load, the seat frame component is forced to move downwards to drive the first support piece to form clamping connection with the clamping part.
