Description

Mild type amino acid composition without irritation to eyes and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a mild amino acid composition without irritation to eyes and application thereof. Background In the fields of personal care and infant care, the mildness of products, especially the irritation to eyes and mucous membranes, is a core indicator for measuring the safety and user experience of the products. The traditional cleaning products such as shampoo, bath lotion and the like mostly adopt sulfate anionic surfactants (such as sodium laureth sulfate, SLES, sodium laureth sulfate and SLS), and have excellent foaming power and detergency, but the skin barrier is easily damaged due to high Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC) and strong degreasing property, and stinging, burning and even cornea damage are caused when the cleaning products contact eyes, so that the consumer experience is obviously reduced. This problem is particularly pronounced in infant populations-infant skin with thin horny layer, weak pH buffering capacity, low tear secretion, and more sensitive to irritation, so "no irritation to eyes" has become a key claim point for high-end infant care products. To solve the pain, the industry is gradually turned to develop a novel surfactant system with low irritation and high biocompatibility, wherein an Amino Acid surfactant (Amino Acid-based Surfactants) is the main choice of the current mild washing and caring formula due to the excellent mildness, good cleaning power and natural source characteristics. From the action mechanism, the mildness of the amino acid surfactant is derived from the similarity of the molecular structure of the amino acid surfactant and human epidermal proteins. The hydrophilic group of the composition has negative charges but lower charge density, weak interaction with skin/ocular surface cell membranes, and is not easy to cause protein denaturation or cell membrane rupture, and meanwhile, the composition has higher critical micelle concentration, can effectively reduce surface tension at low concentration, and reduces excessive stripping of sebum membranes. However, there are still certain limitations to the prior art. Firstly, the cost of the amino acid surfactant is higher, about 3-5 times of SLES, which limits the popularization of the amino acid surfactant in mass market, secondly, the detergency and hard water resistance of the amino acid surfactant are inferior to those of sulfate, the cleaning efficiency of the amino acid surfactant is seriously reduced in a high-grease or hard water environment, and furthermore, part of the amino acid surfactant has poor stability under the extreme pH or high-temperature condition and needs to be controlled by optimizing a formula. In the prior art, some technical solutions involving the compounding of amino acid surfactants have been disclosed. For example, chinese patent document CN109303728a discloses a "one-to-peptide cleansing honey and a preparation method thereof". The cleansing cream is compounded by adopting various surfactants including cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate and disodium lauroyl glutamate, and aims to achieve the effects of mildness and cleanness and suitability for fragile skin. Although the technical proposal also focuses on the mildness of the product, the composition of the components is obviously different from that of the application, the patent uses sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and disodium lauroyl glutamate as core amino acid surfactants, and traditional sulfate surfactants such as AES sodium salt fatty alcohol ether (sodium laureth sulfate) and the like are added. It is known that sulfate type surfactants, although having good foaming and cleaning properties, are inherently deficient in their strong degreasing properties and high irritation, and are particularly poor in ocular safety. Therefore, the technical proposal does not completely get rid of the use of the traditional stimulatory surfactant while pursuing mildness, and the true 'no-stimulus in eyes' effect is difficult to realize. The inventor of the present invention prepares a mild amino acid composition free from irritation to eyes and application thereof through long-term study in the field of washing and caring, and experiments prove that the composition has mild performance and excellent detergency and hard water resistance, thereby completing the present invention. Disclosure of Invention Based thereon, one or more embodiments of the present application provide a mild amino acid composition free of ocular irritation and uses thereof. The mild amino acid compositions of the application are more focused on low irritation to the eye, as well as good detergency, including cleaning ability in hard water conditions. The technical scheme of the invention comprises the following contents: A mild amino acid composition comprising, in pa
