The composition containing the arginine/lysine polypeptide is characterized by comprising the arginine/lysine polypeptide, a medicinal rhubarb root extract, a semiaquilegia root extract and a ganoderma lucidum fermentation product in a weight ratio of 2-3:1-2:0.5-1.5:0.1-1, wherein the ganoderma lucidum fermentation product is prepared by taking ganoderma sinensis as a raw material and carrying out mixed fermentation on lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus paracasei.
