Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics and functional biological materials, in particular to a fish collagen peptide with moisturizing and anti-aging functions and a preparation method thereof. The modified fish collagen peptide forms a stable outer shell layer by condensing fish collagen peptide, gallic acid and acetaldehyde through polyphenol-aldehyde, remarkably enhances the oxidation resistance and structural stability, can construct a compact hydration network after being cooperated with small molecular 2-hydroxyethyl formate which is not used in the field, improves the moisture retention rate and the free radical clearance rate, and keeps low viscosity fluctuation and no layering under the acceleration condition. The preparation process is mild, and is suitable for moisturizing and repairing cosmetics.

Description
Fish collagen peptide for supplementing water, preserving moisture and resisting aging and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics and functional biological materials, in particular to a fish collagen peptide with the functions of moisturizing and resisting aging and a preparation method thereof. Background The fish collagen peptide is widely applied to moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging skin care products due to the characteristics of high safety, excellent biocompatibility, easy absorption by skin and the like. However, conventional fish collagen peptides are mostly of short chain or low molecular structure, the flexibility of molecular chains is high, and a stable surface structure protective layer is lacking, so that the skin has weak staying power and insufficient moisturizing durability. The collagen peptide has limited antioxidant capacity and is easy to be attacked by free radicals under the conditions of photoaging or external stimulus, so that the anti-wrinkle skin tightening effect is difficult to be stably exerted. Therefore, how to enhance the stability and the water-supplementing and anti-aging capabilities of collagen peptide without destroying the bioactivity of the collagen peptide is the key point of the current research. Conventional moisturizing systems depend on conventional components such as glycerol, hyaluronic acid or amino acid derivatives, and the like, and although the substances have certain hydrophilicity, the substances have insufficient cooperativity, so that the structural stability or the antioxidant capacity of the collagen peptide is difficult to be obviously improved. Many small molecule moisturizers, although having hydrophilic or penetrating characteristics, are widely used in the skin care field, have weak innovativeness, and are difficult to form substantial technical progress in the patent. Therefore, the development of a small molecule which has a simple structure but is not used as a synergistic activity in the field to construct a novel hydration system with collagen peptide has important significance for improving the overall efficacy. In summary, the prior art lacks a compound active raw material system capable of simultaneously improving the stability, the antioxidant capacity, the water supplementing strength and the long-acting moisturizing performance of the collagen peptide, and especially lacks an innovative scheme of cooperatively constructing by utilizing small molecules with novel structures and modified collagen peptide. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems of insufficient stability, weak moisturizing durability and limited antioxidant capacity of the existing fish collagen peptide, the invention aims to provide the fish collagen peptide with the functions of moisturizing and anti-aging and the preparation method thereof, and the obvious improvement of the skin hydration capacity and the tightening and anti-wrinkle performance is realized through structural innovation. The invention adopts a polyphenol-aldehyde condensation mode to carry out surface modification on fish collagen peptide, constructs a dynamic shell layer with the characteristics of structural reinforcement and antioxidation, simultaneously introduces 2-hydroxyethyl formate which has a simple structure but is not used in the field as a synergistic moisturizing micromolecule, and forms a stable and efficient hydration network together with the modified fish collagen peptide, thereby solving the problems of limited water supplementing capacity, poor residence property and insignificant anti-aging effect of the traditional collagen peptide. The invention enables the composition to have high-efficiency water supplementing, long-acting moisturizing and remarkable oxidation and aging resistance through the cooperative construction of the modified fish collagen peptide and specific small molecules.
