Description
Hair loss preventing essence containing plant source exosomes and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of anti-hair loss cosmetics, and in particular relates to an anti-hair loss essence containing plant source exosomes and a preparation method thereof. Background With the continuous development of society, the pace of human life is accelerated, the working intensity is increased continuously, life work and rest and diet are irregular, and alopecia occurs to various degrees for many people. The statistics show that the male pattern alopecia rate in China reaches 20 percent. In recent years, the trend of alopecia has been reduced, the proportion of alopecia before age 30 is higher than 84%, and the alopecia team between ages 18 and 25 is increasingly large, so that the problem of alopecia is increasingly serious. Alopecia is a clinically common disorder, and is classified into temporary alopecia and permanent alopecia according to the clinical manifestations of patients suffering from alopecia. Temporary alopecia is a symptom of alopecia caused by disorder or disturbance of partial nerve metabolism of head skin, physiological function degradation or malnutrition of hair follicle, and permanent alopecia is generally senile alopecia or is caused by heredity, endocrine, certain diseases or medicines, mental and psychological effects, etc. At present, the recognized therapeutic drugs minoxidil and finasteride have therapeutic effects, but have larger drug dependence and side effects, the former can shorten the telogen period and prolong the growing period of hair follicle growth, promote the increase of the diameter and length of hair follicle, and further promote hair growth, but have higher compliance requirements, once stopped, the drug can often cause more serious alopecia and generate bad symptoms such as scalp itching, desquamation, contact dermatitis, depression and the like. The latter can prevent testosterone from being converted into dihydrotestosterone, so that injury to hair follicles is reduced, but adverse reactions such as sexual dysfunction are often caused during the administration of finasteride. Both drugs are easy to relapse after stopping taking, and also cause skin irritation, scalp itching, facial and hand hirsutism, dizziness, anorexia, tachycardia and the like. In addition, although hair transplantation has a certain effect, the cost is high due to the great surgical trauma, and the clinical application of the hair transplantation is limited due to the need of multiple surgeries. The effect of non-drug treatment such as acupuncture is also not ideal. Therefore, searching for more effective, low-toxicity, safe and economical therapeutic drugs becomes a major topic in the development of new drugs for treating alopecia. In recent years, more and more research reports on treating alopecia by using plant extracts such as traditional Chinese medicines and the like are provided, and the plant source components are relatively safe and nontoxic and are convenient to use. However, efficacy is not ideal due to unreasonable formulation or improper preparation process, and plant extracts may also have stability problems. Extracellular vesicles secreted by cells and having a diameter of 30-200nm are rich in bioactive substances such as nucleic acids, proteins, lipids and sugar complexes. However, exosomes involved in current research are mainly derived from mammals, and have low yield, high cost and complex separation process, and cannot be produced and applied on a large scale. Therefore, finding exosomes with wide sources, high yield and easy separation becomes a research hotspot for researchers. The plant source exosome is a natural nano vesicle separated from plant tissues, is secreted by living cells of plants, has the characteristics of low immunity, easiness in penetrating cell membranes and the like, can mediate communication among cells, can be used as a drug carrier for transporting therapeutic drug molecules to target spots, and is commonly used for effectively transporting small molecular chemical drugs and gene drugs. In addition, the cell culture medium also has the function of regulating the physiological functions of cells of other species, and is a hot spot for development and research in recent years. The Chinese arborvitae twig, the tuber fleeceflower root and the black ginseng root are one of the prescription drugs with highest frequency of use in the external prescription for treating alopecia in traditional Chinese medicine, and are recorded in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicines such as "urgent prescription for treating elbow", ben Cao gang mu ", zhonghua Ben Cao and Yuan nan Ben Cao". At present, a great deal of research is focused on the formulation of Chinese herbal medicine preparations, and research and application of plant source exosome vesicles in hair growth and hair loss prevention are not reported at present.
