The invention researches the preparation method of the scalp aging resistant composition and the action effect of the composition on scalp cells. Experimental results show that the scalp aging resisting composition can synergistically up-regulate the secretion rate of the type I collagen and the elastin, and has a synergistic antioxidant effect.

Claims (10)
- 1. The scalp aging resistant composition is characterized by comprising a coarse cap fruit extract and a horsetail extract, wherein the mass ratio of the coarse cap fruit extract to the horsetail extract is (1-9) to (8~1).
- 2. The anti-scalp aging composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the extract of the cap fruit and the extract of the Equisetum arvense is 1:9, 5:1 or 8:1.
- 3. The scalp aging resistant composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the horsetail extract is prepared by a method comprising the steps of hydrolyzing a horsetail raw material with 0.4 to 0.8% of cellulase for 0.5 to 1.5 hours, and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant.

The scalp aging resistant composition according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the horsetail extract comprises pulverizing horsetail, adding the pulverized horsetail into 50-80 wt% ethanol solution, adding 0.4-0.8% cellulase at 40-60 ℃ for enzymolysis for 0.5-1.5 hours, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant.
- 5. An anti-scalp aging composition according to claim 4 wherein the cellulase is added in an amount of 0.6% and the enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out at 50 ℃ for 1 hour.
- 6. An anti-scalp aging composition according to claim 4 wherein the concentration of the ethanol solution is 70-80 wt%.
- 7. The scalp aging resistant composition according to claim 4 wherein the ratio of ground Equisetum arvense to ethanol solution is 1:15-40.
- 8. The scalp aging resistant composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the crude cap extract is prepared by a method comprising the steps of subjecting crude cap raw material to ultrasonic extraction with an ethanol solution having a concentration of 70-80 wt%, an extraction temperature of 40-50 ℃ for 1-2 hours, and centrifuging the supernatant.
- 9. Use of the scalp aging resistant composition according to claim 1 in the preparation of a cosmetic for scalp aging resistance.
- 10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the cosmetic comprises scalp essence, shampoo, conditioner, hair mask or scalp care cream.

Scalp aging resisting composition and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-scalp aging composition and application thereof. Background The scalp is exposed to various stress sources such as oxygen, pollutants, chemical agents, ultraviolet rays and the like for a long time, so that a large amount of active oxygen and lipid peroxide are easily accumulated, free radical cascade reaction is initiated, lipid peroxidation damage is caused, and scalp aging is accelerated. Scalp aging is not only manifested as a decline in function, but is also closely related to an imbalance in extracellular matrix (ECM) metabolism. Structural proteins in the ECM, such as type I collagen and elastin, are critical to maintaining scalp support structure, elasticity and firmness. Under the influence of internal and external factors, the scalp cells have reduced capability of synthesizing the proteins, and simultaneously have increased degradative enzyme activity, so that ECM loss and structural disturbance are caused, and the problems of thinning, loosening, drying, hair fragility and the like of the scalp are further aggravated. Therefore, in scalp anti-aging strategies, in addition to focusing on nutrient supply, moisturizing repair and free radical removal, targeted promotion of ECM key structural protein synthesis, inhibition of degradation thereof has become an important direction. However, the prior art focuses on a single function, and there is no comprehensive solution that can systematically resist oxidation and effectively promote the synthesis of type I collagen and elastin. In one aspect, the present invention provides an anti-scalp aging composition comprising a coarse cap extract and a horsetail extract, wherein the mass ratio of the coarse cap extract to the horsetail extract is (1-9) to (8~1). As a preferred embodiment of the scalp aging resistant composition of the present invention, the mass ratio of the extract of the cap fruit and the extract of the Equisetum arvense is 1:9, 5:1 or 8:1. As a preferable scheme of the scalp aging resistant composition, the horsetail extract is prepared by a method comprising the following steps of carrying out enzymolysis on horsetail raw materials for 0.5-1.5 hours by using 0.4-0.8% of cellulase, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant. The preparation method of the equisetum arvense extract comprises the steps of crushing equisetum arvense, adding the crushed equisetum arvense into 50-80 wt% ethanol solution, adding 0.4-0.8% of cellulase at 40-60 ℃ for enzymolysis for 0.5-1.5 hours, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant. As a preferable scheme of the scalp aging resistant composition, the addition amount of the cellulase is 0.6%, the enzymolysis temperature is 50 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 1 hour.
