The composite fermentation polypeptide composition with the whitening, anti-aging, moisturizing and repairing functions is characterized by comprising, by weight, 3.5-12.7% of butanediol, 2-8% of glycerol, 1.3-7.7% of propylene glycol, 0.23-0.7% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1-6% of nicotinamide, 0.12-0.5% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-3% of hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 0.036-0.24% of octanoyl hydroxamic acid, 0.005-0.032% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.003-0.02% of glycerol octanoate, 0.006-0.04% of mannitol, 0.003-0.02% of trehalose, 0.12-0.3% of carbomer, 0.12-0.3% of arginine, 0.001-0.1% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 1.2-7% of composite active ingredients, and the balance of essence and deionized water.
