Description
Liquid liposome composition, preparation method thereof, oral preparation and application Technical Field The present disclosure relates to the field of large health (such as food, health care products, and drug delivery), and in particular to a stable liquid liposome composition, and a preparation method, an oral preparation, and use thereof. Background Liposomes (liposome, LP) have been widely used in large health fields (such as food, health products and drug delivery) as a carrier system with a bilayer structure due to their good biocompatibility and encapsulation ability. Particularly, the liquid liposome product has a certain application potential in oral preparations due to the characteristics of convenient administration and processing. However, the existing common liquid liposome products still have significant defects in practical application. On the one hand, phospholipid is used as a main component material of liposome, is easy to hydrolyze or oxidatively decompose in a liquid environment to cause the damage of the structural integrity, and on the other hand, substances such as free fatty acid, lysophospholipid and the like generated after the phospholipid is degraded can cause unpleasant pungent flavor, can also cause the reduction of the physical stability of the product, cause the phenomena of precipitation, layering and the like, and seriously influence the shelf life and consumer experience of the product. Thus, there is a need in the art to develop liquid liposome products with improved properties. Disclosure of Invention The existing liposome technology has the problems of poor product stability, bad flavor in the shelf life of the product, no obvious specific bilayer structure of the liposome, and the like. The food field is used, and components which are not allowed to be added are used, such as cholesterol and the like, and do not accord with food safety and compliance.
