Description
Glucosamine sulfate capsule and application thereof in preventing joint degeneration after sports injury Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a glucosamine sulfate capsule and application thereof in preventing joint degeneration after sports injury. Background The glucosamine sulfate is taken as a natural amino monosaccharide, is an important component of the polyaminoglucose in the articular cartilage matrix and the synovial fluid, is widely applied to the treatment and symptom improvement of osteoarthritis clinically, and is also used for preventing the articular cartilage abrasion and the degenerative change caused by sports injury by a plurality of sports people. The existing glucosamine sulfate capsule preparation is generally prepared by taking stable double salt formed by the glucosamine sulfate capsule preparation and sodium chloride as active ingredients, adding diluents such as starch and lactose and lubricants such as magnesium stearate, and the like, and adopting a simple powder mixing and capsule filling process. However, in the prior art, the glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride double salt has certain hygroscopicity, is easy to absorb moisture in the production and storage processes, leads to poor powder fluidity and caking of contents, further leads to unstable filling quantity of capsules, changes dissolution behavior, can accelerate chemical degradation of active ingredients, influences long-term stability and validity period of products, has relatively single efficacy and lacks multi-target synergistic protection effect for preventing and repairing complex joint degeneration pathological processes after sports injury. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a glucosamine sulfate capsule and application thereof in preventing joint degeneration after sports injury, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.
