  1. 1. Use of procyanidin B2 in the preparation of a product for delaying or treating high fat diet induced aging.
  2. 2. The use according to claim 1, wherein the procyanidin B2 has the structural formula: Formula I.
  3. 3. The use according to claim 1, wherein the high fat diet induces aging in one or more of reduced health life, reduced cognitive function, reduced motor ability, increased debilitation index, disturbed intestinal flora.
  4. 4. The use according to claim 3, wherein the procyanidin B2 has at least one of the following actions: 1) Prolonging the service life; 2) Improving cognitive function and motor ability; 3) Decreasing the debilitation index; 4) Improving pathological tissue state caused by high-fat diet; 5) Improving intestinal flora disorder induced by high-fat diet.
  5. 5. The use according to claim 1, wherein the product is a food product, a health product, a functional drink or a pharmaceutical composition.
  6. 6. The use according to claim 5, wherein the unit dose of procyanidin B2 is 50mg/kg body weight when the product is a pharmaceutical composition.
  7. 7. A product for delaying or treating high fat diet-induced aging, characterized in that the product comprises an effective amount of procyanidin B2 as an active ingredient.
  8. 8. The product of claim 7, wherein the product is an oral formulation.
  9. 9. The product of claim 8, wherein the oral formulation is a tablet, capsule, granule, oral liquid, or drinking water additive.

Application of procyanidine B2 in preparation of products for delaying or treating high-fat diet-induced aging Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines, in particular to application of procyanidine B2 in preparation of a product for delaying or treating high-fat diet-induced aging. Background High-fat diet is an unhealthy diet pattern of long-term intake of high-fat foods (lipid intake is more than 30% of total intake energy), which is a key risk factor for inducing obesity, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and various malignant tumors. Procyanidins are a class of polyphenol phytochemicals with specific molecular structures and have excellent free radical scavenging and lipid peroxidation capabilities. Procyanidine B2 (Procyanidin B, PB 2) is one of main components of anthocyanin, is dimer flavonoid with strongest activity, is widely existing in grape seeds, wine and tea, and has been shown by the prior study that procyanidine B2 can inhibit proliferation and apoptosis of cancer cells such as liver cancer and prostate cancer by inhibiting signal channels such as AKT, and can also effectively inhibit cell inflammatory reaction and iron death, and according to the study of Hu Zhongzhi et al, the procyanidine B2 can improve the antioxidant and learning ability of normal aging mice, but has an improvement effect on aging induced by high-fat diet, and still needs to be studied. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the problems and provide an application of procyanidine B2 in preparing a product for delaying or treating high-fat diet-induced aging. The first aspect of the invention provides an application of procyanidine B2 in preparing a product for delaying or treating high-fat diet-induced aging, which adopts the following technical scheme: Use of procyanidin B2 in the preparation of a product for delaying or treating high fat diet induced aging. Preferably, the product is an oral formulation. Preferably, the oral preparation is a tablet, capsule, granule, oral liquid or drinking water additive. In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects: 1. Through animal experiments for a long time (up to 2-3 years), the whole level system proves that the long-term supplementation of procyanidine B2 can obviously prolong the service life of high-fat diet mice, regulate intestinal flora and comprehensively improve the health life indexes such as cognition, exercise capacity, physical weakness state and the like. 2. The application firstly confirms and verifies the specific indication that the procyanidine B2 is used for resisting the aging induced by high-fat diet, and provides a definite clinical application direction for the development of the natural component. 3. Based on the natural and safe characteristics of the procyanidine B2, the product containing the procyanidine B2 as an active ingredient can be flexibly prepared into various forms such as medicines, health-care foods or functional foods, and the like, so that different people can select the procyanidine B according to requirements, and the compliance is high.
