- 1. Application of arbutin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing medicines for treating spinal cord injury is provided.
- 2. Application of arbutin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing medicines for treating neuropathy after spinal cord injury or promoting nerve regeneration.
- 3. The use of claim 1, wherein arbutin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof promote spinal nerve repair to treat spinal cord injury.
- 4. Application of arbutin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing medicines for treating nerve dysfunction related to spinal cord injury and promoting nerve recovery is provided.
- 5. The use of claim 4, wherein the spinal cord injury-associated neurological dysfunction, promoting neurological recovery comprises paraplegia caused by spinal cord injury, and dyskinesia following spinal cord injury.
- 6. An application of a pharmaceutical composition in preparing a medicament for treating nerve dysfunction after spinal cord injury, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises arbutin or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
- 7. Application of a pharmaceutical composition containing arbutin or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in preparing medicines for treating spinal cord injury-related neuropathy and promoting nerve regeneration.
- 8. The use of claim 7, wherein the spinal cord injury-associated neuropathy and promoting nerve regeneration comprises paraplegia caused by spinal cord injury and dyskinesia following spinal cord injury.
- 9. The use according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt comprises an organic acid salt or an inorganic acid salt.
- 10. The use according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein arbutin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or carriers thereof are formulated as tablets, capsules, granules, oral solutions, injections, suppositories, ointments, sprays or aerosols.

Application of arbutin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparation of medicines for treating spinal cord injury Technical Field The invention relates to the field of pharmacotherapeutics, in particular to a novel application of arbutin in preparing a medicament for treating spinal cord injury. More particularly, the present invention relates to the use of arbutin or a pharmaceutical composition thereof for promoting spinal nerve regeneration, improving nerve function, reducing inflammatory reaction, and protecting spinal tissues, thereby preparing a medicament for treating spinal cord injury. Background Spinal cord injury (Spinal Cord Injury, SCI) is a serious neurological injury, usually caused by trauma, traffic accidents, falls or sports injuries. SCI can not only lead to loss of motor, sensory and autonomic functions below the site of injury, but can also cause a series of secondary pathological changes such as inflammation, oedema, ischemia, oxidative stress, apoptosis, and gliosis, severely affecting the quality of life of the patient. It is estimated that the annual incidence of SCI is about 10.4-83/100 tens of thousands worldwide, and in china, the annual incidence of SCI is about 23.7-60.6/100 tens of thousands. Currently, treatment of SCI still faces a number of challenges. Although comprehensive measures such as operation decompression, medication, physical therapy and rehabilitation training can improve symptoms of patients to a certain extent, recovery effects are limited, and permanent dysfunction caused by SCI is often difficult to reverse. Therefore, development of a novel drug capable of effectively promoting spinal cord neuron regeneration, improving nerve function and alleviating secondary pathological changes is of great importance to treatment of SCI. Arbutin (Arbutin, CAS number: 497-76-7), chemical formula C 12H16O7, is an extracted component from folium Vaccinii Vitis-idaeae. Can inhibit melanin production by inhibiting tyrosinase activity in vivo. Arbutin has various pharmacological actions, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-apoptosis and the like, and has potential application value in the treatment of various diseases. However, no report has been made at present regarding the application of arbutin in SCI treatment. The invention discovers that arbutin has the effects of protecting spinal cord neurons and promoting nerve repair after SCI, so the invention further discovers the potential of the arbutin for treating new indications. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to develop a novel medical application of arbutin, in particular to an application in preparing a medicament for treating SCI. Through a great deal of experimental researches, the arbutin has the obvious effects of promoting nerve regeneration after spinal cord injury, improving nerve function, reducing inflammatory reaction and protecting spinal cord tissues, and provides a new strategy for the treatment of SCI. The first object of the present invention is to provide a new use of arbutin in preparing a medicament for treating SCI. The SCI includes, but is not limited to, SCI caused by trauma, traffic accident, fall, sports injury, and the like. A second object of the present invention is to provide the use of a pharmaceutical composition containing arbutin in the preparation of a medicament for treating SCI. The pharmaceutical composition can also contain pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials such as stabilizing agents, antioxidants, coloring agents and the like, so as to improve the preparation process of the medicine and improve the stability and bioavailability of the medicine. A third object of the present invention is to provide an application of arbutin in promoting spinal nerve regeneration, improving nerve function, reducing inflammatory reaction and protecting spinal tissue. The application may achieve restoration of spinal cord function by direct action at the SCI site, or by modulation of secondary pathological changes following SCI. Preferably, the pharmaceutical composition can be administered orally, by injection, topically or by inhalation, such as tablet, capsule, granule, oral solution, injection, suppository, ointment, spray, aerosol, etc. The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. Experimental data clearly show that arbutin can effectively promote the remarkable reduction of tissue defect areas, remarkably reduce demyelination rate, and greatly improve the survival rate of neurons, thereby being beneficial to the comprehensive recovery of spinal cord functions. 2. Accelerating the recovery of nerve function, namely, arbutin shows excellent nerve protection capability, can obviously improve the motor and autonomic nerve function scores of animals after SCI, and provides powerful support for the obvious improvement of the life quality of patients. 3. The arbutin can obviously reduce the inflammatory reaction caused by SCI by virtue of the obvious ant
