Description
Composition with qi and blood tonifying effect, and pharmaceutical preparation and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a composition with qi and blood tonifying effect, a pharmaceutical preparation and application thereof. Background Sub-health of qi and blood is a common health problem which afflicts modern people, and has complex cause and wide influence. Anemia is mainly manifested by a lower than normal level of red blood cell number or hemoglobin concentration in blood, which results in insufficient oxygen supply to tissues and organs, and further causes a series of symptoms such as hypodynamia, dizziness, pale complexion, palpitation and the like. The deficiency of both qi and blood belongs to the category of Chinese medicine theory, and refers to the sub-health state of fatigue, insomnia, resistance decline, etc. although the qi and blood circulation of the human body is not smooth or the qi and blood deficiency does not reach the disease diagnosis standard. The two are related to each other, and qi and blood deficiency can aggravate anemia symptoms, and anemia can also cause qi and blood dysfunction. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that qi and blood are basic substances forming vital activities of human bodies, the qi and the blood depend on each other, the qi is the power of the activities of the human bodies, the blood is nutrient and nutrient substances, the qi is the general of the blood, and the blood is the mother of the qi. The deficiency of qi and blood refers to the condition of qi deficiency and blood deficiency in human body, and the basic function of physiological activities of human body is weakened, so that the body is hypodynamia and malnutrition, which are symptoms of qi deficiency and blood deficiency caused by congenital deficiency, acquired malnutrition or exogenous injury. Deficiency of qi and blood is usually caused by deficiency of qi and blood or deficiency of blood and qi. The formation mechanism mainly comprises the following steps: congenital deficiency refers to the inability of the congenital origin to biochemically produce acquired qi and blood. Malnutrition in the acquired, spleen and stomach are the acquired root cause, and transport and transform food essence into qi and blood. If the diet is improper, the overeating is performed, the diarrhea is prolonged, or the spleen and stomach are damaged due to overfatigue, and the qi and blood are deficient. Deficiency of Qi and blood refers to dysfunction of qi in transportation and transformation, inability to raise clear yang and descend turbid yin, failure of blood to raise and regulate blood, and blood deficiency (such as sallow complexion and poor nails) occurring. Deficiency of blood and qi due to deficiency of blood, malnutrition of heart, hypofunction of heart, deficiency of heart qi, manifested as shortness of breath, lassitude and debilitation. The consumption of qi after illness is that exogenous wind-cold, traumatic operation and long-term chronic diseases consume healthy qi, resulting in deficiency of both qi and blood. The symptoms of deficiency of qi and blood depend mainly on qi deficiency or blood deficiency, or both. Qi deficiency manifests as shortness of breath, listlessness, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, chest distress, pale and white coating, thin and weak or deep and thin pulse, blood deficiency manifests as sallow complexion, gloomy nails, dizziness, insomnia and dreaminess, pale and thin tongue, little coating, thin and weak pulse, and qi-blood deficiency with the symptoms, such as sallow complexion, lassitude, palpitation and shortness of breath. The western medicine treatment of anemia mainly depends on iron supplement, such as ferrous sulfate, ferrous fumarate, etc. However, the traditional iron agent has the obvious defects that firstly, iron ions are easy to combine with phosphate and oxalate in food to form an insoluble compound in the intestinal tract absorption process, so that the absorption rate is low, secondly, the iron agent has a stimulation effect on gastrointestinal mucosa, adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting and constipation can be caused after long-term administration, furthermore, the problem that the qi and blood circulation are unsmooth can not be solved by pure iron supplement, and the effect on qi and blood deficiency sub-health state is limited. The basic principle of traditional Chinese medicine for treating qi and blood deficiency is to replenish qi and nourish blood, invigorate spleen and replenish stomach. The qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome needs to be supplemented with qi and then nourished, the common four-monarch decoction is combined with the four-ingredient decoction, the blood deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome is emphasized and nourished, the common angelica sinensis decoction and donkey-hide gelatin are treated, the qi
