CN-121971481-A - Application of fucoidan in preparing inflammation protectant and intestinal flora regulator for young Muscovy duck against goose parvovirus infection
Abstract
The invention relates to application of fucoidan sulfate in preparing an inflammation protective agent and an intestinal flora regulator for young muscovy ducks aiming at goose parvovirus infection, and provides application of fucoidan sulfate in preparing an anti-goose parvovirus infection preparation of young muscovy ducks, in particular to an inflammation protective agent and an intestinal flora restoration and regulation flora regulator for young muscovy ducks aiming at goose parvovirus infection. The invention explores the protection effect and mechanism of the fucoidan sulfate on GPV infected young muscovy ducks, and respectively develops in vitro experiments and in vivo experiments. The results show that medium and high doses of fucoidan sulfate can obviously reduce the content of serum and target organ pro-inflammatory factors, recover the level of anti-inflammatory factors and relieve tissue inflammation injury. The flora analysis results show that medium and high doses of fucoidan sulfate can reverse the decline of intestinal flora diversity caused by GPV infection, regulate the abundance of dominant mycota such as the phylum of the firmicutes and the bacteroides, and enrich beneficial bacteria such as the akkermansia muciniphila.

Description
Application of fucoidan in preparing inflammation protectant and intestinal flora regulator for young Muscovy duck against goose parvovirus infection Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of bioactive substance antivirus, in particular to application of fucoidan sulfate in preparation of a preparation for resisting goose parvovirus infection of young muscovy ducks, which comprises an anti-inflammatory protective agent for resisting goose parvovirus infection of young muscovy ducks and a flora regulator for restoring and regulating intestinal flora of the young muscovy ducks for goose parvovirus infection. Background Goose parvovirus (Goose Parvovirus, GPV) is the pathogen for causing high-contact infectious diseases of geese and muscovy ducks, the susceptible objects are mainly gosling and young muscovy ducks within 30 days of age, the incidence rate of related cases is between 27 and 62 percent, and the death rate is between 22 and 43 percent. The clinical characteristics of the disease are severe diarrhea, dyspnea and nervous symptoms, and pathological aspects are pathological changes such as small intestine cellulose necrotic enteritis, hepatosplenomegaly necrosis and the like, which cause great economic loss to waterfowl breeding industry. At present, the prevention and control of GPV infection mainly depend on attenuated vaccine immunity and high-immune serum treatment, but the vaccine immunity has an immune blank period, the serum treatment cost is high, allergic reaction is easy to cause, and the problems of drug resistance and drug residue are easy to cause by using antibiotics for a long time for auxiliary prevention and control. Therefore, the development of safe, efficient and residue-free green prevention and control products is an urgent need of the current duck raising industry. The fucoidan sulfate is a natural water-soluble polysaccharide extracted from sea algae such as kelp and brown algae, the protection effect and inflammatory factor regulation mechanism of the fucoidan sulfate on GPV infected young muscovy ducks are not reported at present, and the systematic regulation effect and regulation mechanism of the fucoidan sulfate on the composition and function of intestinal flora in goose parvoviral enteritis are not clear. According to the invention, the Muscovy Duck Embryo Fibroblasts (MDEF) and 1-day old young muscovy ducks are taken as research models, the regulation effect of the fucoidan sulfate on the secretion of inflammatory factors in and out of GPV infected bodies is systematically explored, the anti-inflammatory and antiviral protection mechanisms of the fucoidan sulfate are clear, experimental data are provided for developing the fucoidan sulfate into green products for GPV disease prevention and control, and meanwhile, the application research of natural polysaccharide in the prevention and control of poultry virus diseases is enriched, so that the invention has important theoretical value and practical significance. Meanwhile, the invention relies on a microbial diversity analysis technical system to systematically explore the repair effect of the fucoidan sulfate on the damage of the intestinal flora of the young muscovy ducks induced by goose parvovirus infection, analyze the microecological mechanism of the fucoidan sulfate for intervening in goose parvovirus enteritis, and provide theoretical support for the application of the fucoidan sulfate in waterfowl viral intestinal diseases. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide the protection effect and mechanism of the fucoidan sulfate on GPV infected young muscovy ducks, and the application of the fucoidan sulfate in preparing preparations for resisting goose parvovirus infection of young muscovy ducks, and provides basis and support for developing the fucoidan sulfate into green prevention and control products for fowl virosis. The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the application of fucoidan in preparing preparation for treating goose parvovirus infection of young Muscovy duck is provided. The preparation for resisting goose parvovirus infection of the young muscovy ducks comprises an anti-inflammatory protective agent for resisting goose parvovirus infection of the young muscovy ducks and a flora regulator for restoring and regulating intestinal flora of the young muscovy ducks resisting goose parvovirus infection. The fucoidan sulfate regulates and controls the secretion of inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors of GPV infected cells so as to reduce inflammatory injury, and/or the fucoidan sulfate regulates and controls the balance of the inflammatory factors and the anti-inflammatory factors so as to reduce inflammatory injury, thereby realizing the anti-inflammatory protection effect of young Muscovy ducks on goose parvovirus infection. The brown algae polysaccharide sulfate improves and restores the diversity level and structural stabili
