Description
Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperuricemia and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperuricemia or improving renal injury caused by hyperuricemia and application thereof. Background Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by abnormally elevated serum uric acid levels, and is a fundamental factor in the development of gout. Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism in the body, and elevated uric acid levels may be associated with dietary, genetic and renal functions. With the improvement of living conditions, the incidence of HUA increases year by year and the age of onset tends to be younger due to abnormal purine metabolism caused by diet. In addition, long-term HUA aggravates kidney metabolic function, and is prone to cause kidney damage. Therefore, effective control of the HUA is of great importance for improving the health status of residents. According to the mechanism of action of HUA formation, a series of uric acid lowering drugs such as uric acid production inhibiting drugs (allopurinol, febuxostat), uric acid reabsorption inhibiting drugs (benzbromarone and probenecid), uric acid lowering auxiliary drugs (sodium bicarbonate) and gout acute episode relief drugs (colchicine and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) have been developed clinically. Although the medicines can effectively reduce serum uric acid level or relieve gout symptoms, the medicines have the limitations of single action target point, liver and kidney toxicity caused by long-term administration, long-term and even life-long administration and the like, such as gastrointestinal tract reaction and acute renal failure caused by allopurinol, abnormal liver function caused by febuxostat, increased risk of cardiovascular events, increased risk of stone formation caused by tribromone and Levenard, acute gout attack easily induced by Prickii, liver and kidney injury caused by colchicine, bone marrow transplantation and the like, so that the HUA treatment effect is not ideal. Therefore, the search for a medicine for treating HUA with low side effects and definite curative effects is still a public health problem which needs to be solved in the field. The traditional Chinese medicine theory considers hyperuricemia as the symptom of the deficiency and the excess, is caused by spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency, and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperuricemia is based on the etiology and pathogenesis, and relieves the symptoms of patients and reduces organ injury through dialectical treatment. Clinically, the main treatment methods include tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening spleen and stomach, eliminating dampness and removing stasis, clearing heat and promoting diuresis and removing turbidity, and activating blood and dissolving stasis, for example, decoction for resolving dampness and reducing turbidity is commonly used for promoting serum uric acid excretion and reducing serum uric acid level. The traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect on hyperuricemia, high safety and less adverse reaction, and can better guide clinical medication from the aspect of syndrome differentiation treatment of the whole concept (Liu Xuan. Traditional Chinese medicine for treating hyperuricemia and relevant disease pathogenesis and research progress. Sub-traditional medicine, 2025, 21 (3): 251-256). The Ganoderma spore powder is micro germ cells ejected from the fold of the fungus cover in the mature period of Ganoderma growth, and Ganoderma spore oil composed of triterpene compounds, fatty acid and sterol is one of its active components, and has effects of regulating immunity, resisting tumor, protecting liver, resisting aging and protecting cardiovascular system. Idesia is a woody oil tree species with high oil content, and idesia fruits and seeds contain various chemical components beneficial to human bodies, such as oleic acid, linoleic acid, vitamin E, flavone, phytosterol and the like, and have important development values in the fields of food and medical care. Modern pharmacological researches have shown that idesia has the effects of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hypolipidemic, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protecting and anti-obesity. At present, no substantial evidence exists that ganoderma lucidum spore oil or idesia oil has the function of reducing uric acid, and no report of preparing uric acid-reducing products by compounding the ganoderma lucidum spore oil or idesia oil is found. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperuricemia, which has low side effect and definite curative effect, and is applied to the development of related products for treating hyperuricemia and improving renal injury caused by hyperuricemia.
