CN-121971532-A - Processing method of rehmannia decoction pieces
Abstract
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, and discloses a processing method of rehmannia root decoction pieces, which comprises the steps of uniformly stirring raw rehmannia root thick slices with liquid auxiliary materials (ginger juice or fresh milk), sealing and moistening, turning over periodically in the moistening process, taking the auxiliary materials as a terminal point when the auxiliary materials are absorbed completely or basically, steaming in a water-proof manner, steaming for 2-3 hours after steaming in a ginger juice way, steaming for 4-8 hours in a fresh milk way, drying after steaming to obtain decoction pieces, and cutting and drying after the fresh milk way can be mixed with steaming liquid and dried to six dryness. The method improves the absorption uniformity and the consistency among batches and reduces the rancidity risk of milk production by turning over, absorbing the criterion and warming the steaming window.

Description
Processing method of rehmannia decoction pieces Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and relates to a processing method of rehmannia root decoction pieces. Background The rehmannia root decoction pieces are widely applied to the clinical and preparation production of traditional Chinese medicines. Various processing routes are formed in the past for regulating the drug property of rehmannia, improving the taking palatability, reducing the uncomfortable reactions such as greasy stomach obstruction and the like, wherein the processing routes comprise ginger preparation taking ginger as an auxiliary material and milk preparation taking milk as an auxiliary material. The existing ginger preparation route generally adopts ginger juice or ginger and rehmannia to mix and heat (such as ginger juice stir-frying, ginger juice soaking, ginger wine stir-frying and the like). The route can improve the properties of processed rehmannia root products to a certain extent, but has objective limitations in modern standardized production angles, namely firstly, the moistening/soaking stage is usually judged mainly by fixed time or experience, the process control on an auxiliary material absorption state is lacked, secondly, in a mass production scene, the auxiliary material and the medicinal materials are easily contacted unevenly due to layering only after being stirred evenly, and the difference in batches is formed, thirdly, when the stir-frying is adopted, the heating is not properly controlled, the external scorching is easily generated, the local overheating is easily generated, and the appearance, the smell and the internal quality are easily fluctuated. The existing milk preparation route can be obtained by soaking and stir-frying milk or steaming the milk together with other medicinal materials, such as' soaking and sun-drying milk, stir-frying human milk, and steaming human milk mountain medicine. The common characteristic of the route is that the liquid milk is contacted with the medicinal materials for a long time and then dried or steamed, but the modern feasibility generally faces objective problems that firstly, the milk is easy to generate rancidity or microorganism risk under the condition of higher temperature or longer exposure, so that the process stability and the safety are difficult to ensure, secondly, the penetration depth and the uniformity are difficult to be compatible, the short-time penetration is possibly insufficient, the time is prolonged, and the deterioration risk is possibly aggravated, thirdly, a uniform and auditable end point criterion is lacked, and a replicable parameter system is difficult to form. In addition, a general process of mixing auxiliary materials, moistening, heat treatment (steaming/stir-frying) and drying is commonly adopted in the modern decoction piece production. However, in the rehmannia root processing scene using ginger juice or fresh milk as liquid auxiliary materials, if the moistening stage only prescribes fixed time and does not control the absorption state, the liquid state is inconsistent before the raw materials are subjected to heat treatment due to the fluctuation of water content, slice thickness and environmental temperature, so that the subsequent steaming/frying difference is amplified, and the quality between batches and in batches is finally unstable. Therefore, in the processing of rehmannia root by taking ginger juice or fresh milk as liquid auxiliary materials, a technical scheme capable of maintaining stable output under the condition of different batches of raw materials is still needed, namely, uniformity and consistency of auxiliary material absorption are improved, the risk of stir-frying out-of-focus in-process and the risk of rancidity in the milk moistening process are reduced, and a process control system suitable for standardized production is formed. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a processing method of rehmannia root decoction pieces, establishes a set of reproducible process control system under the condition that ginger juice or fresh milk is used as liquid auxiliary materials, ensures that the auxiliary materials in a moistening stage are absorbed controllably and repeatedly, improves the uniformity in batches and the consistency among batches, reduces the quality risk in a mild heat treatment window, further reduces the rancidity and deterioration risk of the fresh milk in a milk production route, and is convenient for standardized production. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: a processing method of rehmannia root decoction pieces comprises the following steps: S1, taking a clean dried rehmannia root thick slice, adding liquid auxiliary materials and uniformly stirring, wherein the liquid auxiliary materials are select
