  1. 1. A method of extracting a polyphenol material, the method comprising: s1, sequentially carrying out soaking treatment and ultrahigh pressure treatment on raw materials containing polyphenol substances to respectively obtain a first extracting solution and first filter residues; s2, performing first extraction treatment on the first filter residue mixture to obtain a second extract and second filter residues respectively; S3, performing second extraction treatment on the second filter residue to obtain a third extracting solution and a third filter residue respectively; wherein the first extraction treatment and the second extraction treatment are organic solvent extraction combined with ultrasonic auxiliary extraction treatment; the organic solvent used for the soaking treatment is methanol solution, the organic solvent used for the first extraction treatment is ethanol, and the organic solvent used for the second extraction treatment is petroleum ether; the first extract, the second extract and the third extract are all polyphenol-containing extracts.
  2. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the ultra-high pressure treatment pressure is 100-500 MPa and the dwell time is 5-20 min.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the soaking treatment is performed for 24-48 hours; Optionally, the time of the first extraction treatment is 10-30 min, and the ultrasonic power of the ultrasonic auxiliary extraction is 200-480W; optionally, the second extraction treatment time is 10-30 min, and the ultrasonic power of the ultrasonic-assisted extraction is 200-480W.

Background The fructus Lycii polyphenol is a kind of secondary metabolite of polyphenols separated from fruits, leaves, root barks of Lycium barbarum or Lycium ruthenicum Murr of Lycium of Solanaceae, and is one of important substance bases of pharmacological activities of fructus Lycii such as antioxidant, antiinflammatory, liver protecting, eyesight improving, and blood sugar lowering. At present, the extraction of the polyphenol substances is mainly carried out by adopting traditional solvent extraction methods and the like, however, the traditional solvent extraction method has low extraction efficiency and is difficult to fully release the polyphenol. Thus, there is a need for developing an extraction method with high extraction efficiency and high purity of the obtained polyphenol extract. Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art to at least some extent. Therefore, the invention provides a method for extracting polyphenol substances in medlar or medlar seeds at ultrahigh pressure and application thereof. The method of the invention combines ultrahigh pressure treatment and stepwise extraction by organic solvent, thereby obtaining the polyphenol-containing extracting solution. According to the embodiment of the invention, the method comprises the steps of S1, sequentially carrying out soaking treatment and ultrahigh pressure treatment on a raw material containing polyphenol substances to respectively obtain a first extracting solution and a first filter residue, S2, carrying out first extraction treatment on a first filter residue mixture to respectively obtain a second extracting solution and a second filter residue, S3, carrying out second extraction treatment on the second filter residue to respectively obtain a third extracting solution and a third filter residue, wherein the first extraction treatment and the second extraction treatment are organic solvent extraction combined with ultrasonic auxiliary extraction treatment, the organic solvent used for the soaking treatment is methanol solution, the organic solvent used for the first extraction treatment is ethanol, the organic solvent used for the second extraction treatment is petroleum ether, and the first extracting solution, the second extracting solution and the third extracting solution are all extracting solutions containing polyphenol. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the extraction liquid containing polyphenol is further obtained by combining ultrahigh pressure treatment and stepwise extraction by an organic solvent, and the method has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, purity of the obtained polyphenol extract and the like, and has a wide application prospect.
