Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating tumor cachexia as well as preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating tumor cachexia and application thereof. Background Tumor cachexia is a multiple organ metabolic and nutritional disorder that cannot be completely reversed by conventional nutritional support, resulting in treatment-related complications, sustained decline of function, and tumor-related death. Cachexia occurs in 50% -80% of tumor patients, being a direct cause of death in 22% of tumor patients. Despite its extremely serious clinical impact, effective therapeutic intervention is still very limited. Current therapeutic strategies include nutritional support and appetite stimulation (e.g., megestrol acetate, alamolin), while reducing weight loss by increasing patient appetite, fail to address the underlying metabolic disorder problem or reverse tissue consumption, especially skeletal muscle loss. Tumor-derived inflammatory mediators TNF- α, IL-6 and extracellular vesicles are key drivers of cachexia onset. These factors induce anorexia by disrupting central nervous system homeostasis, while activating the peripheric proteolytic and lipolytic pathways in skeletal muscle and adipose tissue. Recent studies have revealed that the PI3K/AKT pathway is capable of modulating protein synthesis and energy metabolism, with targeted therapeutic potential, but this syndrome has multifactorial properties that may lead to limited success of single-target therapies. Thus, the complexity of these interaction mechanisms suggests that multi-target therapeutic approaches may be more effective than single-pathway interventions in managing the systemic disease, tumor cachexia. The traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable advantages in coping with multi-factor diseases by virtue of a unique multi-component and multi-target regulation framework, so that development of a traditional Chinese medicine formula for efficiently treating tumor cachexia is urgently needed. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating tumor cachexia, a preparation method and application thereof, the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention can effectively improve the processes of weight loss, fat loss and muscle atrophy of patients suffering from tumor cachexia, improve the treatment effect and the life quality, and prolong the survival time of the patients. In order to achieve the above purpose, the specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows: The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating tumor cachexia, which comprises, by weight, 7-15 parts of cassia twig, 16-24 parts of white peony root, 13-21 parts of ginger, 7-15 parts of jujube and 4-12 parts of liquorice. Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials of 9 parts by weight of cassia twig, 18 parts by weight of white paeony root, 15 parts by weight of ginger, 9 parts by weight of Chinese date and 6 parts by weight of liquorice. Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used for improving symptoms of weight loss, fat loss and/or muscle atrophy of patients suffering from tumor cachexia. Further, the tumor is any one or more of colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer and liver cancer. The tumor cachexia refers to a multi-organ syndrome which is mainly clinically represented by various malignant tumors such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer and the like, and is characterized by anorexia, physical strength decline, abnormal nutrient metabolism, muscular atrophy and fat loss. Further, the tumor is colorectal cancer. The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the steps of weighing raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to the weight parts, adding water for soaking and decocting for 1-3 times, and filtering residues to obtain decoction liquid to finish the preparation. Further, the mass of the water is 4-6 times of the total mass of the raw materials, and the soaking time is 25-35 min. Further, the decoction is carried out by decocting with strong fire until boiling, and then decocting with small fire for 30-50 min. The third aspect of the invention provides application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing medicines for treating tumor cachexia. Further, the tumor is any one or more of colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer and liver cancer. Further, the medicament is for improving the symptoms of weight lo
