Description
Gastrointestinal fluid pressure reducing device for gastrointestinal surgery Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of surgical instruments, and particularly relates to a gastrointestinal fluid pressure reducing device for gastrointestinal surgery. Background The gastrointestinal fluid pressure reducing device is an important medical device and is mainly used for leading gas, liquid or digestive contents accumulated in the gastrointestinal tract out of the body in a negative pressure suction mode, so that the aims of reducing the pressure in the gastrointestinal tract, relieving or preventing abdominal distension, relieving the tension of an anastomotic orifice or a suture position, promoting the healing of the anastomotic orifice or suture position, improving the blood circulation of the gastrointestinal wall and recovering the intestinal function are fulfilled. The core working principle is to establish a closed drainage channel from stomach or intestinal canal to outside body and to generate controllable attractive force by means of negative pressure source such as electric negative pressure aspirator, portable manual negative pressure device or central negative pressure system. After the decompression device finishes decompression, residual gastric juice attached to the tube wall moves outwards along with the tube in the tube drawing process, and the damage is caused in two main modes, namely, firstly, gastric juice possibly drops or adheres to the pharynx and the respiratory tract inlet, and secondly, gastric juice is more common and directly contacts with the mucous membrane of the nasopharynx. When the tube and nasal mucosa are mechanically rubbed, gastric juice on the tube wall is effectively "smeared" on the mucosal surface, and the friction can cause microscopic or even macroscopic tiny wound surfaces. The combination of chemical stimulation and physical wound surface makes gastric acid and digestive enzyme more easily penetrate and damage submucosa, thus leading to burning sensation and pain of nasal cavity and pharyngeal after tube drawing, clinical manifestation of congestion and red swelling of mucous membrane, and even causing erosion or ulcer in severe cases. In the case of patients who need to rely on gastrointestinal decompression for a long period of time, the nasopharyngeal mucosa is already in a sub-healthy state of sustained compression and stimulation due to prolonged catheter retention time, and the tolerability thereof is further reduced. Therefore, the risk and severity of the injury are significantly increased each time the catheter is replaced or finally pulled out, and the occurrence of complications such as chronic rhinitis and pharyngitis may be increased by long-term repeated stimulation. To address this risk, it is common practice in the clinic to try to separate the tubing from the negative pressure source prior to extubation and to inject a small amount of saline for flushing in order to dilute and clear the residual gastric fluid. However, this conventional method has significant limitations in that, firstly, it adds to the procedure steps, which are cumbersome in an urgent or busy clinical setting, and, secondly, the flushing procedure itself may cause leakage of gastrointestinal fluids due to separation of the junctions, contaminating the bed units and increasing the risk of cross-infection. Based on this, a gastrointestinal fluid pressure reducing device for gastrointestinal surgery is proposed. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a gastrointestinal fluid decompression device for gastrointestinal surgery. The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: The invention discloses a gastrointestinal fluid pressure reducing device for gastrointestinal surgery, which comprises a shell, a negative pressure component, a cleaning component and a switching mechanism, wherein an interface is arranged on the shell, the switching mechanism is arranged in the shell, the negative pressure component and the cleaning component are symmetrically arranged on the switching mechanism based on the center of the shell, and the switching mechanism drives the negative pressure component and the cleaning component to be respectively in butt joint with the interface in a negative pressure mode and a cleaning mode and respectively form negative pressure and release cleaning fluid in a pipeline connected with the interface. As a further scheme of the invention, the negative pressure component is a negative pressure vortex pump, the cleaning component is an infusion screw pump, the switching mechanism comprises a toothed ring and a motor, the toothed ring is rotatably arranged in the shell, a transmission gear is arranged on an output shaft of the motor and meshed with the outer side of the toothed ring, the inner side of the toothed ring is meshed with a rotating shaft of the negative press
