The intestinal lumen segment filling controllable device for the pre-operative T stage of colon cancer is characterized by comprising a central mandrel (3), wherein the forefront end of the central mandrel (3) is provided with a flexible head end cap (1), a proximal balloon inflation pipeline (10), a distal balloon inflation pipeline (5) and a main pipeline (8) which are mutually independent are arranged inside the central mandrel (3), the proximal balloon (2) is sleeved on the central mandrel (3) and communicated with the proximal balloon inflation pipeline (10), a distal balloon (4) is sleeved on the central mandrel (3) and located on the far side of the proximal balloon (2) and communicated with the distal balloon inflation pipeline (5), at least two lateral openings (11) are formed in the wall of the central mandrel (3) between the proximal balloon (2) and the distal balloon (4), the lateral openings (11) are communicated with the main pipeline (8) and are used for filling a sealing saline or physiological saline between the intestinal lumen segments.
