Description

Continuous lavage device for joint cavity Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a joint cavity continuous lavage device. Background Joint infections, including peri-prosthetic infections (PJI), suppurative arthritis, infectious arthritis, and the like, are among the most challenging complications in the orthopedic field. The treatment core is to thoroughly clear infection focus, reduce bacterial load and maintain joint function. Among the many treatments, continuous lavage of the joint cavity is recognized as a classical and effective method. The principle is that liquid such as normal saline containing antibiotics is continuously or intermittently poured into the joint cavity, and meanwhile joint liquid containing bacteria, inflammatory mediums, necrotic tissues and biomembrane fragments is continuously drained, so that the dual purposes of mechanical cleaning and chemical bacteriostasis of the joint cavity are realized. Compared with the simple puncture aspiration or intravenous administration, the continuous lavage can more effectively reduce the intra-articular pressure and remove infectious substances, creates favorable conditions for controlling infection and retaining joint functions, and is particularly suitable for the debridement operation of moderately severe infection or retaining prosthesis. However, the existing clinical lack of a special lavage device which can be stably placed in a joint cavity for a long time usually only uses non-special instruments such as a disposable infusion set, a disposable drainage tube and the like to lavage, and the method has obvious defects that a catheter is easy to block and is not firm to fix, the drainage and extraction efficiency of joint liquid is low, the treatment effect is affected and the nursing burden is increased. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a continuous lavage device for a joint cavity, which solves the technical problems that the existing lavage device is easy to block, is not firm in fixation and has low drainage and extraction efficiency of joint liquid. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: The joint cavity continuous lavage device comprises a double-cavity drainage perfusion assembly and a fixing sleeve ring, wherein the double-cavity drainage perfusion assembly comprises an inner sleeve pipe, an outer sleeve pipe is coaxially sleeved on the outer side of the inner sleeve pipe, a drainage channel is formed by surrounding between the outer wall of the inner sleeve pipe and the inner wall of the outer sleeve pipe, a flow channel in the inner sleeve pipe is a perfusion channel, one end of the inner sleeve pipe is provided with a plurality of lateral micropores, the other end of the inner sleeve pipe is detachably connected with the perfusion device through a first connector, one end of the drainage channel, which is far away from the lateral micropores, is detachably connected with a drainage bag through a second connector, the fixing sleeve ring is sleeved on the outer side of the outer sleeve pipe, fixing wings are arranged on two sides of the fixing sleeve ring, and sewing holes are formed in the fixing wings. Further, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are Y-shaped, the outer wall of the inner sleeve and the inner wall of the outer sleeve enclose a Y-shaped drainage channel, the inner part of the inner sleeve encloses a Y-shaped perfusion channel, the lateral micropores are arranged on the vertical part of the inner sleeve, one inclined part of the inner sleeve is connected with the first joint, the other inclined part of the inner sleeve is closed, one inclined part of the drainage channel far away from the first joint is connected with the second joint, and the other inclined part of the drainage channel is closed. Further, the first connector and the second connector are both luer connectors. Further, the device further comprises a first nut and a second nut, wherein the first nut is detachably connected with the first joint through threads, and the second nut is detachably connected with the second joint through threads. Further, the diameter of the lateral micropores is 0.5-1.0mm, and the lateral micropores are spirally or alternately arranged. Further, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are made of medical grade silica gel or polyurethane, and the fixing sleeve ring is made of PE or PP. Further, the device also comprises a through strip, wherein the length of the through strip is larger than that of the double-cavity drainage perfusion assembly, and the through strip is used for dredging the inner sleeve.
