Description

Capsule and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of material wrapping, and particularly relates to a capsule and a preparation method thereof. Background The capsule is used as a core-shell structure, can provide good protection for the content and avoid the influence of the external environment on the content components. The traditional capsule content is an oil-soluble system, the coating liquid is a water-soluble system, and the coating of the oil-soluble content is realized through a water-soluble coating. When the aqueous component is contained in the content system, the coating liquid is dissolved, and coating cannot be achieved. In the prior art, a variety of capsule technologies have been developed for encapsulating aqueous formulations. The photo-curing dropping method is mature, but the capsule rubber prepared by the method uses components such as plastics, resin, rubber and the like, and a photoinitiator, a photosensitizer and the like are needed in the photo-curing process, so that the rubber prepared based on the materials is easy to remain heavy plastic taste or special taste, and especially when the capsule is used as an aerosol generating matrix, the rubber is easy to release unpleasant smell, even harmful substances and is unfavorable for sucking experience under a heated environment. In the early technology, there is also a technology for preparing the water-in-oil capsule by a water-in-oil drop method, but in a water-in-oil preparation system, a wax material is used for the rubber, so that the viscosity of the rubber material is higher, the drop yield is lower, the wax rubber is brittle and fragile, the industrial production and processing are not facilitated, and meanwhile, the content is easy to exude and cannot be stored for a long time. In the improved three-layer dripping technology, the water-based capsule is prepared by water-in-oil, the outermost layer is coated with a layer of rubber, the thickness of the rubber is too large, the water-soluble material is relatively low, difficulty exists in practical use such as kneading and explosion, the release effective rate is relatively low in heating and releasing, the preparation process is complex, the core liquid easily breaks through the contact between the middle layer and the outer layer of water-soluble rubber, the yield is uncontrollable, and in addition, the internal liquid slowly seeps after long-term storage. In addition, there are coacervation method techniques, for example, polylactic acid is used to stir and solidify to form rubber, the capsule prepared by this method has a wide particle size distribution, inconsistent shape, generally difficult to generate very round spheres, and uneven wall thickness distribution of the capsule, and there is a large deviation in application, especially poor uniformity in heating release. And sodium alginate is used as a water-based capsule technology of the rubber, the capsule obtained by the technology cannot be stored and applied in a dry environment, and particularly when core liquid is untreated, an internal water-based preparation is easy to exude, and the drying of the capsule cannot be realized. Although the above prior art provides a method of preparing capsules containing aqueous ingredients, various drawbacks exist. When the aqueous component is a liquid preparation such as glycerin, propylene glycol or the like, particularly in a relatively large amount, stable encapsulation is not achieved, or storage stability is poor, or there is a foreign odor or uniformity is insufficient, and thus it is not convenient to use as an aerosol-generating substrate. Disclosure of Invention Based on a series of problems of the effective and stable encapsulation of the liquid preparation of the aqueous component, the following technical scheme is provided in the specific embodiment of the invention: The capsule comprises a core material and a rubber coating wrapping the core material, wherein the core material comprises an aqueous liquid preparation, an oily preparation and a structural agent, the structural agent comprises cellulose and/or cellulose derivatives, the structural agent also comprises low-molecular-weight lipid substances and a surfactant, and the core material is a paste, colloid or solid-liquid mixture. Optionally, the HLB value of the surfactant is 2-10. Optionally, the HLB value of the surfactant is 4-7. Optionally, the aqueous liquid preparation accounts for 5-60wt% of the weight of the core material. Optionally, the aqueous liquid preparation accounts for 15-50wt% of the weight of the core material. Optionally, the oily preparation accounts for 20-80 wt% of the weight of the core material, and the structural agent accounts for 5-20 wt% of the weight of the core material. Optionally, the cellulose and/or cellulose derivative and the low molecular weight lipid together account for 70-95 wt% of the weight of the structuring agent,
